| 10 | Supply, laying, jointing and testing underground cables XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strips armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor HT 11000 volts grade and 95 sqmm 3 core cross sectional area conforming to latest IS and ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Note:- Factory testing and field testing as per PS Clause No. 4 and 4.1to be carried out by rep of the Accepting Officer.Rate quoted shall include this aspect. |
| 11 | Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 12 | Supply and fixing in replacement of HT feeder pillar box of size 1.2 mtr x 1 mtr x 1 mtr, outdoor type, factory made, weather and vermin proof, made out from 3.15 mm MS sheet, supported with legs all across the panel made from angle iron 50×50×5 mm of size, alongwith 3 Nos of aluminium bus bar of size 40x10mm or 400 Amps for 11 KV, 11 KV post Insulator 6 Nos duly drilled hole for HT Cable connection including front and rear side openable with locking arrangment suitable for 11 KV HT and provision for incoming and outgoing HT cable connection including painting with two coats of smoke gray synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including providing PCC platform and security fence, completeall as specified and directed.Note: - (a ) PCC Platform : Feeder piller box shall be mounted on PCC platform built in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 not less then 60 cm above ground level with 0.30m depth PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 foundation including rendering 15 mm in CM (1:6) and applying two coats of cement base paints.(b ) Security fence : Security fence shall be made from XPM Jalli weight not less than 4 kg/Sqm of 2 mtr height from ground level 2.5 m square in shape all rounded with 9 Nos angle iron of 40 × 40 × 5mm of height 2.25 mtr ( 2mtr above ground 0.25 mtr below ground) with suitable concrete base of size 0.30m x 0.30m x 0.30m in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 including providing wicket gate of size 0.75m x 1.5m made of angle Iron 40 x 40 x 5mm frame work and with XPM Jalli.(c) Platform and security fence shall be inclusive of the quoted rates. |
| 13 | Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 3 meter below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers, all around top and bottom and electrode connection by using GI strip 32mm x 6mm (upto the body of equipment) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and thimbles. PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC pit cover in (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm stone aggregate complete all as shown in Electrical Plate No.3 of MES Standard Schedule of Rates (Part-I) of 2009 complete all as specified and testing on completioni)The unit rate shall include for protection pipe, GI water pipe, wire mesh, funnel, excavation.RCC pit cover, test point, 32mm GI strip from top of earth plate upto 5M above ground level and if GI protection is less than 5 meter, no price adjustment shall be made.ii)If the testing result of earthing work is not been found satisfactorily then the contractor shall do another earthing work at his own cost and nothing shall be permissible on this account.iii)Earthing work will be carried out in presence of MES representative. |
