1Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains , including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto all depth, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within all lead .including pumpingorbailing out water upto all lead andlifts,as directed by the Engineer-In -Charge,including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of unserviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by the contractor to full extent in all respects in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
2Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights. Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc . as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and liftsand other incidentals.
3Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights. Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platformas per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and liftsand other incidentals.
4Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights. Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and wallsas per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and liftsand other incidentals.
5Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (one Cement : three coarse sand : six graded stone aggregate 20 mm(twenty millimetre) nominal size as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and liftsand other incidentals.
6Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering in Foundations and plinth 1:1.5:3 (one Cement : one point five coarse sand : three graded stone aggregate 20 mm(twenty millimetre) nominal size as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and liftsand other incidentals.
7Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level , excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (one cement : one and half coarse sand): three graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and liftsand other incidentals.
8Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (one cement : one and half coarse sand): three graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and liftsand other incidentals.
9Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and liftsand other incidentals.
10Applying cement slurry on R.C.C. slab or cement concrete work using 2.75 kg. of cement per sq.metre of floor area before laying cement concrete flooring including roughening, cleaning of the concrete surfaces complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and liftsand other incidentals.
11Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm (six millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:3 (one Cement : three fine sand) as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and liftsand other incidentals.
12Providing and fixingwire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation No. 140 g to doors, window and clerestory windows with wire of dia 0.71 mm(zero point seventy one millimetre) 40mm (forty millimetre) 2nd class deodar woodas per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and liftsand other incidentals.
13Providing and fixing wooden plank ceiling with tongued and grooved jointing and wood screws (frame work and cover fillets to be measured and paid for separately) 25 mm (twenty five millimetre) thick 2nd class deodar wood as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and liftsand other incidentals.
14Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and liftsand other incidentals.
15Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including trenching and refilling etc.100 mm (one hundred millimetre) diametre nominal bore (Medium grade) as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and liftsand other incidentals.
16Providing flanged joints to double flanged C.I./ D.I. pipes and specials, including testing of joints :100 mm(one hundred millimetre) diametre nominal bore (Medium grade) as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and liftsand other incidentals.
17Providing and fixing C.I. sluice valves (with cap) complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. (the tail pieces if required will be paid separately) :100 mm (one hundred millimetre) diametre nominal bore (Medium grade) Class II as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and liftsand other incidentals.
