1Overhauling of the BFP coolers : Charges for removing the cooler pipe line and cooler from the motor. Dismantling the cooler cover, cleaning the cooler tubes by wire brush, air and with water. Changing the gaskets and reassembling it, checking the cooler tubes for leak, hydraulic testing of cooler with 4 Kgf / cm2 pressure for six hour duration and reerectingthe cooler. Checking the motor terminal tightness and taking IR value and PI value. (Including cost of high grade nitrile rubber gasket and Anti corrosive paint
2Charges for removal and refixing of floor grills at 15.5 mt level for lifting and re-erecting the coolers in the HT Motors : Removal of floor M.S. grills at 15.5 mt level by EOT Crane after providing adequatebarricades for safety measure to lift coolers from the motors and refixing the M.S.grills in position. After completion of work, Removal of M.S.grills by EOT crane at 15.5 mt level afterproviding adequate barricades for safety measure to reerect the coolers in their motors andrefixing the floor M.S.grill in itsposition. (Including Cost of Consumables and hire charges for T&P etc.)

4Removal of foundation bolts, Lifting the motor to a convenient location.
5Replacement of CT and terminal box (Replacement of CT/PT in LT module and LT Breaker panel) : Charges for releasing the 3 Nos of 500/1 amp C.T, dismantling of phase & neutral side terminal boxes, dismantling of spare heater terminal box and other dummiesfrom the released motor. Refixing the terminal boxes, dummies in the spare overhauled motor. Reassemblingof 3 Nos 500/1 amp. Current transformers etc. in the spare motor (SpareMotor (Sl.No:32275-A-401-01-2).
6Lifting and Erection of the motorback on its bed after cleaning and checking healthiness of pedestal insulation.
7Removal of end covers and measuring the air gap and magnetic axis.
8Overhaulofstator :Inspection and cleaning and checking of stator windings, fastening of the stator winding to the end ring and also the inter coil spacers and packing in the overhang portion of the windings, tightening the wedges, spraying one coat of Dr.Beck protective enamel varnish, Drying out the stator, preheating, Checking the IR value, DC resistance and Tan delta. 9OverhaulofRotor : Inspection and cleaning of released rotor, checking the position of stampings, cleaning of corroded parts, inspection of winding bars, cleaning of overheated and burnt places, applying one coat of Dr.Beck’s insulating varnish and drying out.
10Reassembling the motor complete: Assembling the end covers, checking air gap and magnetic axis.
11Charges for Measurement of IR value & PI valuein spareBFP Motor (210 MW generator stator), assisting MRT for testing, and Improving the IR value by flood light if necessary.
12“Termination of Power cables at phase & neutral side, space heater cable” in Boiler Feed Pump motor.
13Tightening the bed bolts, foundation bolts, Checking the IR value, DC resistance and trial run the motor in decouple/couple condition running the motor satisfactorily.
14Boiler Feed Pump Motors (4B &4C) and Coolers scraping, cleaning andpainting with two coats of enamel paint. (Including Cost of enamel paint and consumables.)
15Charges for carrying out an capital maintenance works in Condensate Extraction Pump Motor 4A(Sl.No. 32263-A-404-01-4)& 4B(Sl.No. 32263-A-404-01-3) Dismantling of the motor: “ Disconnection of Power cables at Phase & Neutral side, space heater cable ” in CEP motor.
16Removal of foundation bolts, lifting the motor to a convenient location.
17Dismantling of motor pulley, cooler, end covers and Threading out the rotor.
18Overhauling of the stator: Labour charges for inspection and cleaning of stator and winding of stator, fastening of the winding to the end ring and also the inter coil spacers and packing in the overhang portion of the winding, tightening of the wedges, spraying one coat of Dr.Beck’s protective enamel and drying out, Stator preheating, checking the IR value and DC Resistance.
19Overhauling of the rotor: Labour Charges for inspection and cleaning of rotor, checking the positionofstampings, cleaning ofthe corroded parts, Inspection of winding bars, solderedendwinding, cleaning of overheated burnt places and applying two coats ofDr.Becks protective enamel and drying out.
20Cleaning, checking, reassembling / replacing the bearing : Releasing the bearing, cleaning, checking, reassembling /replacing the bearing on both ends lubrication etc. (Bearings supplied by TANGEDCO)
21Overhauling of the cooler tubes : Checking and cleaning of cooler tubes.
22Reassembling the motors complete : Assembling of motor after threading in the rotor, fixing end covers, providing rubber gasket and fixing of cooler unit, Checking the IR value, DC resistance and Tan delta
23Lifting of motor, placing at motor bed and tightening of foundation bolts, bed bolts etc
24“Termination of Power cables at phase & neutral side, space heater cable”and checking trial run.
25Condensate Extraction Pump Motors and Coolers scraping, cleaning andpainting with two coats of enamel paint. (Including Cost of enamel paint and consumable.)
26Opening of all earth pit in Transformer Yard, cleaning the earth electrode & pit, checking the joints and earthing rod if necessary, Closing the cover after completion of work.
