Tender for repair work of communication lab at electronics dept -1 removing damaged palster and finishing with pop etc complete 2 providing and fixing 10-12 mm thick gypsum sheet ceiling with gi straps at 0.6 m c/c, fixing sheets to straps using screws and rawal plugs or fastners as per site conditions, finishing with pop and applying two coats of emulsion paint and one coat of primer etc complete as directed by engineer icnahrge 2a ie lab 3 removing old damaged waterproofing at the terrace and disposing at suggested location etc complete 4 providing & laying water proof treatment of terrace slab with grit coba in all position with thickness of 100 mm, applying two coats of sbr for surface treatment, waterproofing chemical dr fixit urp as per the manufactures specifications including 100 mm thick brick masonry around the terrace with 75 mm pvc rain water pipes (500 mm length) at suggested locations (4 nos) with existing first floor lift and lead, up to 50 m etc. complete. 5 providing rain water pipes to rain water spouts and connecting it to exisiting rain water harvesting system etc complete 6 providing waterproofing treatment over terrace to construction joint by laying slab over brick masonry including rebars, fixing plaster net over the masonry and two coats of cement plaster in cm 1:3 with waterproofing chemicals and adhesives, finishing with cement float and curing etc complete as directed by engineer incharge 7 providing construction joint treatment by cleaning of joint, applying compressed air,applying adhesive and crack filler, filling premoulded foam in the joint and fixing 12 mm thick waterproof plywood with two coats of oil paint and one coat of primer etc complete
