| 2 | RCC Foundation for Lighting Pole including excavation in all type of soil,shuttering works , reinforcement, backfilling and restoation of the same (unit in cubic meter). Foundation: adequate size M20 grade RCC foundation with Raft including excavation , backfilling ,including erectino offoundation bolts and restoration of the sameshall be done by the contractor. The pedestal has to be provided with 63 mm dia HDPE pipe for looping in and out of cable. The item includes the excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/manual means including disposal of excavated earth, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed, in all kinds of soil.Contractor/Pole manufacturer shall submit design calculation in support of size of RCC foundation for external lighting poles for approval. |
| 3 | Supply, Erection, Testing and commissiong of square type Lighting pole. Upper armlength shall be min 1100mm and lower arm length shall be min 700 mm. Square Lighting pole asymmetrical Arm – 7 meter total height .The upper arm 6.4 meter and second arm at 5 meter. Pole has a built-in control box with service door including lock and safety chain. Dimension of Square type lighting pole 100mm x 100mm x 2.5mm thick and height of 7000 mm. Pole shall be coated with epoxy zinc phosphate primer of 40 microns and finished using environmentally stable polyurethane based paint of 40 microns. Pole withbase plate GI of dimension 300mm x300mm x 16mm thick. Wind speed considerationinpole design shall be minimum 50 m/sec. Steel of grade YSt 210 to IS 4923:1997 ingalvanized condition to be used for manufacturing square hollow sections. Steel used for manufacturing base plate is of Grade E250 to IS 2062:2011 in galvanized condition and foundation bolt is of Grade 5.6 in galvanized condition. Pole is hot dip galvanized to 80microns to IS 2629:1985 / IS 4759:1996 / IS 2633:1986. The pole shall include 4 Nos. of hot dip galvanized M20 x 500mm foundation bolts. The weather proof control gear tray shall be prewired with 2.5 sq. mm cable, Siemens / Crabtree / equivalant MCB, terminal connectors for loop-in loop-out arrangement suitable of terminating aluminium armoured cables up to 25 Sq.m size. The pole shall be integrated with LED module of 60W and 30W. The luminaire shall have an Integral power supply along with an earth connection and 10KV surge protection. - Luminaire shall be pre-wired. The pole shall be with foundation bolt, fittings, internal cabling, painting and printing of KMRL logo on Poles by consultation with KMRL.Pole shall include asupport structuresof advertisement board and Dimension of support structure 500mmx500mmx1000mm. The support structures of advertisment board shall adjustable type. The LED luminaire shall meet the following details.System Lumens: Min 7000 Lumens for 60W and 4000 lumens for 3oW, Luminaire Efficacy: 120Lumen/Watt or above , CCT: 4000K, CRI: 70,a driver with surge protection of 10/10 kv,THD<=15%, PF:>=0.95, Life Span: 50000 Hrs, Degree of Protection for LED module andDriver shall be minimumIP66 rating (Refer Annexure-VI for drawing) |

| 6 | Street light Management System Software: Development, Installation, testing, implementation and integration ofStreet light Management System (LMS). Lighting Control System should be deployed to manage the entire Street Lighting System under the scope of the project. The solution should be provided as a SaaS model. Fool proof communication is to be provided between luminaire and Light Management System (LMS). This could be using any or multiple form of communication networks, like LoRa, RF, GSM, etc.All group controls should have redundant communication system. System should exercise complete control over the streetlights and thus be able to monitor their functions / operations such as Scheduling, controlling Dimming, etc.The item covers all the necessary hardware and software required for the interface of LMS with the command and control centre as per the technical specification requirements. |
