Dismantling and shifting of the existing 15 KVA RTU EA set from BTS PTA Quarterswith acoustic enclosurewith control panel, and all accessories to TE Naranganam(Approximate distance 11 KM )i/c loading ,transpoting, unloading with out any damage, positioning,the shifted EA set on foundation, making electrical connections, minor modifications to the exhaust line, conducting trial run for 1 Hr, testing, commissioning etc. as required.

Providing and Laying in position, plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 - Cement, 2- Coarse M sand and 4- graded Stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of DG set including excavation, dressing, ramming, disposal of surplus soil within a lead of 25 meters etc. including shuttering and form work,providing 15 mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 ( 1 cement: 4 fine M sand)etc. as as required.

Providing maintenance free earthing arrangement with copper coated solid steel rod of 20 mm diaand 3m length, copper coated connectors and fasteners for connecting electrodes with earthing conductor/ strip i/c supplying and filling 8 Kg. earth enhancing mineral compound. The electrodes shall be hand driven or hammered into the earth.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 3 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying and laying of4C 16 Sq.mmPVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE Aluminium conductor UG cableof1.1KVgrade direct in ground/in pipe/ on surface of wall/ loose in panel as required.

Laying of above cable in ground including excavation,sand cushioning,protective covering and re filling the trench etc.

Providing and laying 16 Sq:mm pvc insulated FRLS earthing cable (Green) i/c providing necessary copper sockets as required.

Supplying and making end terminations with brass compression gland and Aluminium lugs for the following sizes of PVC sheathed/ XLPE luminium conductor UG cableof1.1KVgrade as required
