1Labour Charges for providing bored cast – in – situ RCC piles of 500 mm dia to the required depth from the existing ground level including boring through ordinary soil other than soft rocks hard stratum and providing arrangements for concreting by tremie pipe method as per ISI 2911 excluding the cost of concrete, steel ad fabrication of reinforcement in position but including the cost of mobilization charges bentonite solution, clearing the removal mud away from the vicinity of the site and hire charges of all other tools and plants and rig required for the work etc., complete in all respect as directed by the Departmental Officers.
2Test of single pile under routine load test, test load should be 770KN as per the testing inclusive all charges for extention or cutting of pile that may be necessary errecting loading platform in the manner acceptable and approved by departmental officer with labour and other incidental charges for loading and unloading test load and hire charges and all other incidental charges for conducting test including retaining the test load for 24hours at 100% capacity test certificate and caliberation charges for pressure gauge are to be produced to the Executive Engineer, Executive Engineer incharge before commencing day of test, caliberation of pressure gauge has to be done before taking up the Ist load test in every site of work for piles of 500mm with test load, 770KN etc complete in all respects as directed by departmental officers.
3Earth work excavation for foundation with all leads and lifts in all soils and subsoil’s to the required depth as may be directed except hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoringstrutting and bailing out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15 cm thickness well consolidated depositing thesurplus earth in places shown and leveling the site with all initial leads and lifts etc complete complying with relevant standard specification etc complete in all respects as directed by departmental officers.

10Providing and laying in position, Standardized Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS 456-2000, using 20mm and downgraded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC tems of works with minimum cement content of 400 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticizer super plasticizer) recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m.) 7670 kg of M-Sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement gril and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying. vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing. curing. etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials) In All floors.
11Providing form work for centering, shuttering etc., for all reinforced concrete work such as plinth beam, raft beam, raft slab, grade beam etc., including strutting and shuttering wherever required using MS sheets of suitable size ofBG 10, stiffened with MS angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (Country wood) joists of size 10cm x 6.5 cm (Spaced about 91cm center to center) distance and supported by casurina props of size 10cm-13cm dia (spaced at 75 cm center to center) and removing the same after a specified period without damaging RCC works in all floors etc., completein all respects as directed by the departmental officer. (for column footing, Grade beam / Plinth beam)
12Providing form work for centering, shuttering etc., for all reinforced concrete work like slab, beams, lintels, loftetc., including shuttering, upto3.00m high using MS sheet of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10, stiffened with MS angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (Country wood) joists of size 10cm x 6.5 cm (Spaced about 91cm center to center) distance and supported by casurina props of size 10cm-13cm dia (spaced at 75 cm center to center) and removing the same after a specified period without damaging RCC works in all floors etc., completein all respects as directed by the departmental officer. (For Slabs, Lintels & Lofts)

14Supplying fabricating and placing the following kinds of steel grills for reinforcement Fe 500D Grade steel reinforcement bars as per IS 786:1979 for all reinforced cement concrete works such as plinth beam, lintels, beams, sunshade, roof and floor slabs etc., including cost of steel and fabricating the reinforcement grills in position etc., complete in all respect as directed by the departmental officer ( In all floors) (The rate to include the cost of binding wire steel also, steel rods for all sizes)
15Brickwork in cement mortar 1:5 (One of cement and five of M-sand) using fly ash bricks of size 230mm X 110mm X 70mm in foundation and basement including dewatering wherever necessary proper setting and curing etc. complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officer.

58Supplying and fixing ofUPVC (unPlasticised Polyvinyl Chloride) Casement / Openable / Fixed windows made out of upvc profile section of size 74mm x 60mm as outer frame having outer wall thickness of 2.3mm (+/-0.3mm) and3 box multi-champer hollow construction. the shutter of openable window shall be made of size 74mm x 50mm having outer wall thickness of 2.3mm (+/-0.3mm) with a fixed mullion of size 72mm x 60mm having outer wall thickness of 2.3mm (+/-0.3mm). All section of frames, sash and mullion shall be reinforced, wherever required and at the hardware fixing location with galvanized mild steel section of 1.2mm thick. All the corners / mullion joints of the frame & sash shall be mitered cut and fusion welded without any mechanical joining. All welded joints are to be neatly trimmed & feauture grooved nib finish so as to make the finished products free from all sharp edges. The window frame shall have rain water drainage holes with cap to drain the water. the shutter has to be provided with suitable upvc beading for glazing of 4mm pinhead glass (Single glass beading 24mm x 16mm), duly cut at correct degree & fitted with EPDM weather sealed gaskets.The window system shall have the space to fix the grill within theouter frame and which is made of MS STEEL 10mm.
59Supplying andfixing the UPVC (Un-Plasticized polyvinyl chloride)louvered ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free,the profile are multi chambered sections with wall sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. 63Weathering course in concrete broken brick jelly 20mm size in pure slacked lime over RCC roof slab the proportion being 32:12 1/2 (Thirty two parts of broken brick jelly and twelve and half of slacked lime) laying to a thickness of 110mm and compacted and well beaten to 80mm by using wooden hand beaten of weight not exceeding 2 kg hand beating during liberally with lime water and a small proportion of solution prepared by soaking water in dry nut of kadukka and giving required slope and thickness of roof etc. as directed by the departmental officers.
