| 1 | Providing Running & maintenance of inspection vehicle required for 24 hours operation (in 3 shifts) such as I-20, Brezza, Verna, Honda Amaze and Swift Dzire having horse power of minimum 1150CC or above in good condition on monthly hire basis including fuel and driver having valid license, for use of PWD official under Division South Road-II in Delhi and NCR up to 3000 Km per month as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The model of vehicle shall not be older than August 2021. (The rate includes cost of maintenance / repair & fuel i.e. Diesel / Petrol / CNG, lubricants etc. of vehicle and salary, OTA, uniform etc. of Driver, breakage / wear & tear, traffic challan etc.) |

| 3 | Providing services of maintenance van for 16 hours (Two shifts 06:00 PM to 02:00 AM & 02:00 AM to 10:00 AM) for road maintenance during monsoon season of make of Mahindra Maximo Plus, TATA ACE or equivalent model not older than 3 year of specified size installed with GPS tracking device conformingto Particular Specifications as mentioned in the NIT document. However, further maintenance and operation of the same shall be done by the agency. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. The maintenance van shall be provided with 2 supervisor (one for each shift) having smart phone i/c internet & Data transfer facility & 6 beldars (3 for each shift) (capable of doing work of sewer man) with essential tools (T & P - Hammer, Fawda, gainti, bucket, Tasla, bamboo, drum, sumbi, safety cones, bamboo Jhadu, J- kunda, Safety belt, rope, raincoat, umbrella etc.) required for repairs as mentioned in the Particular Specifications in NIT document for carrying out the following activities complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge :- |
| 4 | Daily inspection of roads for observing the deficiencies mentioned below and rectification as per time schedule of scope of work. (i) Damaged Carriage way / NMV / Footpath / Central verge / Side verge. (ii) Place Missing manhole covers. (iii)Chocked bell mouths / Kerb Channel (iv)Keeping roads / bell mouth free from water logging if any. (v) Obstructions in the Carriage way / NMV / Footpath. (vi) Keeping the drains free from floating material. |
| 5 | Preparation of report. |
| 6 | Keeping the roads free from unauthorized banners, posters, hoardings, flex boards, unauthorized single legged, two legged, overhead signage or advertisement boards anywhere in the ROW of the roads either in Central Verge, Footpath etc. |
| 7 | Relocation of dislocated grills, railings, manhole / drain covers and kerb stone. |
| 8 | Cleaning of road side low height manually accessible fixtures and fitting including supporting structures. |
| 9 | Filling of pot holes on carriageway, materials shall be supplied by department at free of cost. |
| 10 | Other minor / petty repair works for which material to be paid under relevant items. |
