Name of Work: Joint Measurement Survey, Demarcation process and Valuation of Affected Structures, and any other value addition to the land etc. including Joint Measurement with revenue Staff & Land owners/Sub-Holders, Submission to Competent Authority as per direction of Executive Engineer National Highway Divison Rajkot & Concern Field staff for Mahuva-Savarkundala-Amreli-Bagasara-Jetpur Roadof NH-351 in the State of Gujarat.

1Demarcation of PROW stone pointsDemarcation of Proposed ROW point with the use a Total Station / DGPS, with respect to superimpose of survey data on approved JMS data and approved alignment, which is given by DPR consultant. Taking GPS control station/ Reference Points, which was established on ground by DPR consultant. Getting coordinate @ 50 meter interval both side and demarcate on field with wooden peg. ( 20 point left side and 20 point right side total 40 point per 1 Km
2Fixing the PROW stone with labour and materials. Excavation for foundation up to 0.50 x 0.50 x 0.50 Mtdepth for fixing the PROW stone. Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1-Cement: 3-Coarse sand: 6 crushed stone aggregates) and curing complete. Labour for fixing, finishing, Painting & text marking on the stone. Transportation of stone at every 50 Mt. intervals After fixing the PROW stone our team check each and every stone with respect to proposed alignment and approved JMS data.
3Providing the PROW stone as per MoRTH specification (20 stone left side and 20 stone right side total 40 stone in 1Km.)
4Carryout Joint Measurement Survey with DGPS/Total Station and Appropriate Survey and Measurements Instruments with Revenue staff & Land Owners/Sub-Holders, DILR Surveyer including all field sruveys & Activities, Finalization of Drawings, Providing Colour Printouts in 07 (Seven) Copies as directed by Engineer In-charge and field staff and providing full service upto final awards of Land Acquisition including all exersise of Re-survey and other activities directed by DILR, Revenue Staff and Engineer In-charge. Including preparation of Para-104, Hissa Forms, Kami-Jasti Patrak (KJP) etc., complete. (Including all taxes, SGST+CGST)
5Valuation of Affected Structures & Trees.Carrying out Valuation of Affected Structrues, Trees, Well, Kuchha-Pucca-Semi Pucca, Pipelines, Bore-well, Fancing, Poll, Trees and Non-fruite trees etc., on PROW,EROW, for Project Highway as per Prevailing guidelines & directed by engineer in-charge and in consultance with Land Owners, Sub Plot oweners, State R&B (PWD) Division and Sub division staff etc complete including submission of Structure Evaluation report with all drawings and other documents in soft and hard copies of 05(Five colour copies of sets of files).(Including All taxes, CGST&SGST). - 1 Kuchha Structure - A Built-Up area upto 15 Sqmt.
