Dismantling of PCC plinth protection for excavation of trench along the proposed grouting area at outside of sump in order to facilitate PU grouting including labour,lead,Lift etc complete as instruced by Engineer at site and dispose the excavated debris 1 KM away from site with lead, lift, head load, labour, etc complete.

Excavation of trench along the proposed grouting area at outside of Raw water RCC tank, pump house and at other required location inorder to facilitate PU grouting including labour,lead,Lift etc complete as instruced by Engineer at site

Drilling and fixing of metal nozzel with necessary tools for PU grouting including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc complete.

PU-Injection grouting with labour and material cost - Supply and application charges for leakage treatment using TAMPUR 130 including all materials, manpower, tools and tackles packer, cleaning of wall joint area,drilling of holes at an angle of 45 degrees up to specified depth, flushing of holes with compressed air, placing of bore packer at specified interval and tightened to effectively seal the hole. Packing of the same using quickset plugging motor using injection pump, injection of resin TAMPUR 130 to ensure that the pump lines are full without air bubbles. The mixing ratios, pressures and the working condition of the pump should be in accordance with manufactures and material supplier’s recommendations and specifications. The Quantity shall be measured and paid as per actual consumption quantity at site.

Refilling the excavated earth in the excavated trench along the grouted area at outside of Raw water sump and at other required location including labour,lead,Lift etc complete as instruced by Engineer at site
