2Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thickcomplete all as specified and directed .
3Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
4M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable provided with layer of sand (8cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying the cable ie total 23 cm and after punning down sand cushioning will be 18 cm complete all as specified and directed . Note : 18 cm thick only will be considered for pryment purpose.
5M&L for precast concrete cover class HV type 1, flat size 300mmx180mmx40mm laid in trenches for cable protectioncomplete all as specified and directed .
6Supply, laying testing and commissioning in replacement trenches /passing through pipes/ on poles etc cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade of size of cable 300 sq mm 3 core suitable for earthed system including taking out unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed .. Note :- (Excavation & Earth work, Sand cushioning and precast concrete cover shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch. ‘A’).
7All as per item No.6 here in before but size185 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

9Disconnecting both ends of the faulty HT cables of any size and isolatingfrompanel , bringing the HT fault finding machine to site to pinpoint the location of occurance of fault , connecting one end of the HT cable to the machine , energising the cable giving high voltage through the machine to locating the fault , after locating the fault , de-engergise the cable using earth rod ,remove the ends of cable from the machine,Excavating the cable at the fault location & pinpoint the fault, repairing the cable using cable jointing kitsand by adding extra HT cable if required at site,jopinting the cables as before to the panel and testing complete all as specified and as directed.
10NOTE :-i)Fault finding machine, necessary excavation and earth work, as reuired at site T&P, labour element are included in the quoted rates.ii) HT joints / HT cable(if reqd)will be measured & paid under respective item of schedule.iii)The contractor shall bring the fault locating equipment at site with in 02 hours of instruction received from Engineer-in-charge and he shall ensure that the fault is rectified with in 24 hours of receipt of intimation from Engineer-in-charge failing which recovery of Rs 500 per hour shall be recovered from the contractor dues w.e.f the time immediately after the expiry of 24 hours duriation.4. For the purpose of payment one unit of éach job"shall comprise of detection of faults in a particular stretch of cable which are identificed in that particular stretch, irrespective of number of defects/faults in that particular stretch which are detected during fault detected in that particular stretch shall be considered as one unit.
11Supply andjointing cold shrinkable straight through joint with jointing material suitable for HT 11KV XLPE cable of size 240 to 400 Sq mm 3 corecomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
12All as per item No 10 here in before but suitable for cable size 120 to 185 Sq mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
13All as per item No 10 here in before but suitable for cable size 50 to 95 Sq mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
14Supply and jointing heat shrinkable straight through joint with jointing material suitable for HT 11KV XLPE cable of size 120 to 185 Sq mm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
15Supply and jointing heat shrinkable straight through joint with jointing material suitable for HT 11 KV XLPE cable of size 240-300 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

20Taking out trolley of vacuum circuit breaker 630/800 Amps 11 KV from the cabinet and opening top cover, de-carbonizing moving and fixed contacts servicing, lubricating, inspecting the wiring ofMicro processor EF/OC relay, tripping coil electrical and checking for manual/auto tripping system completeandplacing back the breaker trolley in its original positionall as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
21Note: (i ) The repair work shall be carried out by authorised service Engineer of DENSON/ CROMPTON GREEVES complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.(i) The various unsv items required to be replaced shall be paid seperately.(ii) Calibration of relays shall be paid seperately.

46Opening the front and rear cabinate of the RMU 3 way/5 way630/800 Amps 11 KVde-carbonizing moving and fixed contacts if required, lubricating, checking the pressure of SF-6 gas, inspecting the wiring of micro processor EF/OC relay, tripping coil electrical and checking for manual/auto tripping system completeandplacing the SF-6 VCB and isolating unitin its original positionall as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
