Block At Industrial Growth Centre Samba Phase Iii ( Under Msme Scheme ) .- 1 Servo Stabilizer: Supply, Errection, Testing & Commissioning of 30 KVA servo controlled automatic voltage regulator transformer with following specifications:a) Input voltage 155-465V (PP) 90-270 (PN)b) Output voltage 400V-+1% (PP) 230V+-1%(PN)c) Oil cooledd) Un-balanced typee) Voltmeter: 0-300V separately on each phase.f) Ammeter with selector switch & CT’s.g) Auto /manual switch to operate the stabilizer manually in case of some defect in the automatic circuit.h) The stabilizer shall be providing with first filling of fresh transformer oil.i) Sheet gauge used for fabrication stabilizer should not be less than 14 SWG.j) Capacity of auto variable transformer (Varriac) of suitable capacity.The job includes P/f of Aluminum cable armored 3.5x50Smm approximately 15 mtr for connecting the servo with existing panel at site. Complete job in all respect 2 DG Set 40 KVA Capacity :-Supplying, Installation, Testing and commissioning of 40KVA DG set Kirloskar/ Sudhir Gen Set or Equivalent make commissioning of radiator, multi cylinder, diesel oil engine suitable BHP equipped with fly wheel, fuel tank, electrical equipment directly coupled to an alternator suitable capacity at 0.8 pf, 3 phase 4 wire 415, 50 Hz ac supply complete with base plate, vibration mounting pad, battery set complete with canopy for outdoor installation including of plate form for installation of DG Setfor tube wells. the job includes making of cement concretefoundation of required size, chemical earthings-2nos A&B check, allied Al. armored cables 3.5x35sqmm and 25mtr approximately from DG set to Existingpanel with allied protection required at site etc. complete job includes cost of material, carriage charges, labour charges and charges for carrying tools tackles for working at site. complete job in all respect
