Name of Work : R/M & upkeep of ITPO premises at Pragati Maidan during 2023-24 Sub-Head:-Re-painting of trusses, ducts, pipes, steel framework, profile sheet etc. fixed at the ceiling of Hall no 2 to 5 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

Spray painting with of fire retardant painton cleaned GI duct/ Steel truss/steel pipe/steel frame work, ceiling surface etc. @ 3.5 sqm per litre per coat for all height (10 meter and above) by spraying machaine including cleaning of suraface by air compressor machine, including preparation of base surface as per recommendations of manufacturer to make the surface clean and fire retardant. Note - The item also includes moveable scaffolding/scissor lift/ crane etc. required for painting and nothing extra shall be paid. Pls. note that the measurement of the floor area of the halls shall be taken for payment.(a) One or more coats on old work
