    2Operation & maintenance of all components ofthe work for 5(five) years orfive flood seasons whichever is more, after commissioning as per relevant clauses of the agreement, Technical Specification, relevant IS codes, IRC codes, MORTH specification, CWC & CBIP manuals etc. complete in all respect.
