Cost of painting to be included in unit rate for supply part in MT. - All type of testing as specified in the specification for Non- Destructive Examination of Piping, draining of water , drying by compressed air, - Performing Positive Material Identification(PMI) using alloy analysers: - Engaging approved Third Party Inspection agency (TPIA) for stage wise inspection for procurementand fabrication, inspection release notesall inclusiveas per approved QAP/ITP - Packing and delivery of fabricated spoolsat Numaligarh site - Including all consumables, labour, machineries, supervision, preparation & submission of necessary spool mark up plan , quality document , final documentation etc. needed to complete work as per specifications and drawings - Quoted rate shall includes water and power arrangement . - Bidder quoted rate shall includes all charges towards handing over of material to store /contractor and obtaining documentation for delivery of piping spools. - Valves SW/BW for drain/vent/instrument connection for big bore lines are in vendor scope. - Supports welded directly to pipe only from parent pipe is included in vendor . vendor shall follow minimum basic criteria for spool fabrication. - Manpower deployment : Providing skilled personnel till the contract period at NRL site for spool management ,Monitoring, Coordination as per SOW document (TP-1P30A-PI-SOW-0001) clause 15 (Site Support) Note:- Quantities mentioned below may varies ± 10% for 6" and above & 15% for upto 4" sizes.

Scope includes but not limited to below. • Coordination with warehouse incharge. • Coordination with site team and Coordination with Prefabrication shop team for sequence of material required at site and get the material in sequence with respect to erection sequence. • Providing computer 3 nos equipped with necessary software at site along with deplyment of specialist , Updation of LHS in system ,in co-ordinatinon with Mechanical contractor, Erection report, material constrain report (Loop wise, System wise, Line wise etc.) . Quoted rates shall include all lodging, boarding, transport arrangement, mobilisation, demobilisation ,insurance ,all statutory requirements,Contractor"s overhead and profits cost etc.
