The PVC strips of 5mm ( + or - 0.25) thick PVC sheet of width 75mm feathered at the edges shall be stuck using solvent cement adhesive at the places where two panels are joined, so as to cover the screw of both panels, using solvent cement 900heat bent strips of 5mm thick PVC sheets of width 75mm x75mm feathered at the edges shall be stuck at wall joints / pillars etc. complete as per direction of Engineer -in- Charge, manufactures specification and drawings |
| 5 | M&L for RAJSHRI brand 22mm thick flase ceiling made of PVC insulated panels of size 600mm x600mm, wall thickness of panel 1.5mm (+ or -) 0.1 on both side on 22mm EPS panel 1.5mm (+ or -) Plain PVC sheet of density 600 kg / Cbm manufactured by an ISO -9001-2015 certified company is stuck on both side with adhesive . The panel is inserted in a frame made of anodised Aluminium T section of size 1\"x 1\" ( 25mm x25mm)in square type grid of size 2\"x2\" (600mm x600mm). The aluminium framework is supported from the ceiling with the help of \"j\" hook and G.I wire /6mm M.S. rods of required sizes to maintain proper level. The aluminium framework is supported on side wall with the help of aluminium \"L\" section size 1\"x1\" (25mm x25mm) angles complete as per direction of Engineer -in- Charge, manufacture\"s specification & drawings. |

Sandwich PVC panel shall be inserted in the top & bottom PVC \"C\" channel in between adjoining EPS sandwiched PVC partitions panel 5mm ( +or - 0.25mm) thick x 75mm width plain PVC sheet feathered at edges shall be stuck on front & back face using solvent cement etc in places where two partitions meet to from an \"L\" shape the panels are joined 5mm ( + or - 0.25mm) thick plain heat moulded PVC sheet \"L\" section of size 45mm x75mm with feathered edges shall be fixed on front & back side. This is done to maintain the symmentry of design. An additional 5mm (+ or - 0.25mm) thick PVC strip of 40mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the \"C\" channel using PVC solvent adhesive complete as per direction of Engineer -in- Charge. |
