1M&L for attending, repair and rectification of external LT electric supply complaints on 11000/1100 Volts grade, under ground / over head system along with necessary T & P, safety devices as per site requirement for the following type of complaints complete all as specified and directed:-
2Replacement of LT blown out fuse as per existing capacity in any location of upto 200 Amps.
3Replacement of wornout jumpers, jointing and tightening with new ACSR conductor. Note:- Single phase/two wire or 3 phase/4 wire system will be considered as one job for payment purpose.
4Trimming/pruning and removing of tree branches or any other foreign objects from LT over head conductor and clearing the OH Line of any type and size for one span of any length in 2 way /4 way/6 way conductor system. Notes: (i) The contractor is responsible for provision of Necessary T & P and safety equipments and safety of workmen employed to complete the job.
5Dismantling of insulators any size and any type from existing LT line , removing materials taking to schedule of creditcomplete all as specified Note:- Insulators shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.
6Disconnecting from over head conductor, cutting worn out portion of LT cables of any type and size, carry out repairs including taking out cables from under ground loop line and rejoining the same to restore electric supply. Notes:- (i) LT Jointing kits, LT XLPE Cables of any size, Cable protection Pipe if required at site will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cutting and removing the Pole coping and inserting the cable along with protection pipes.
7All as per item No 1.05 here in before but from LT switch gear/main switch board of any type and size including provision of suitable size of aluminum / copper cable lugs.
8Dismantlingof rusted/ broken over head conductor of any type and length as required at site including removing of foreign objects if any from the over head lines. Notes:- (i)ACSR conductor used for replacement will be measured and paid under respective items.
9Replacement of faulty LT switch gear of any type and size fixed in panel board pole mounted boxes on walls or any other indicated places including provision of lugs/thimbles of suitable sizes. Note: - Switch gearswill bemeasured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.
10Dismantling of cross arms of MS channel of angle section for issue of schedule ofcredit
11Dismantling of steel poles/ concrete poles of an site an location for issue of schedule of credit
12Notes for Item Nos 1 to 1.10 :- (a)The contractor will be allotted complaints at MES complaint cell on daily basis on all working days and sufficient resources will be deployed by him/her for completion of day to day complaints within 24 Hrs from the time of reporting. Any delay beyond above mentioned time limit without intimation of sufficient cause, penalties will be recovered twice of the quoted rate for each un-attended complaint. (b)A detailed log of complaints with completion/non-completion remarks from users/MES will be maintained by the contractor and the same will be updated on daily basis in consultation with Engr-in-Charge or JE E&M as detailed. (c)The contractor will make suitable arrangement for emergency complaints and will notify authorised rep/Engr-in-Charge about extraordinary circumstances for probable non-completion or delay in rectification of complaints beyond stated time limit set for disposal of complaint.In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding in this regard. (d)The contractor will intimate MES authority well in advance if electric shutdown is required during rectification of complaints. (e)The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of transportation and other expenses required for the resource deployment at the complaint site around scattered Military station at Secunderabad. (f)The contractor will maintain location wise record of each spare utilized as per inventoy format given by AGE E/M, Secunderabd and the same shall be submitted to E/M No I store on daily basis.

43Labour only for releasing the binding of ACSR conductor of LT over head line from insulator, removing the jumper, connector, service wire, UG cable and restringing the existing ACSR conductor of any size, length, span upto desired sag and fixing the existing ACSR conductor on insulators by proper binding, jumper connection etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i)Single run of conductor will be measured as one unit which is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate. (ii) Extra aluminum conductor required for jumpers and binding purpose is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate.
44M & L for testing earthing of installations, buildings, equipment etc and treating of earthings by pouring salt water and submit results sheet to AGE E/M No-I complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor has to arrange necessary tools required for the job.

Note : Loop type insulator, excavation, earth work and concrete shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.
54M/L cross arms, bracing supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section incl nuts, bolts washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shapes or size as directedincluding applying two coat of quality aluminum paint over one coat of red oxide primer and fixed over RCC Pole/ steel poles of any height complete all as specified and directed.
55M & L for replacement of broken earth pit made out of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 20 mm thick and earth pit cover made out of RCC 1:2:4 type B1, cover reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100 mm center to centre both ways with hook made out of 8 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and including reconnecting of earth lead of any type with new nuts, bolts and washers etc as required at site complete all as specified and directed.
56M & L for painting the existing LT steel poles of 9.0 Mtr long including cross arms, clamps, street light junction boxes etc with 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including throughly cleaning the existing surface, painting the poles up to 1.5 Mtr height with alternate bands 30 cm height (3 Nos black and 2 Nos Yellow) from ground level, complete all as specified and directed.
57M & L for Painting the existing LT PCCpoles with applying two coat of cement based paint over one coat of primer including painting of cross arms, clamps, etc with two coats of aluminum paint and providing alternative band of 30 cm width (3 Nos black and 2 Nos yellow) from bottom of pole to 1.5 meter heightcomplete all as specified and directed.
58Supplying, errecting and fixing steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws for type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long)including painting with two coats of aluminum paint over one coat of redoxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to embedded portion in PCC and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellowpaint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" (inch) widecomplete all as specified and directed. 97Cutting anxious green growth/vegetation growth for cleaning out the area around transformer installations, E/M installations and four pole structure yards at ground level by cutting out roots, un wanted plants bushes and removal of the same by surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep average 15 cm complete
98Supply & Installation of Advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested maintenance free, pipe in-pipe Technology upgraded (Zinc & Alloy Coated),ZINC COATED (80-100) microns with pure Zinc (99.9%) & ALLOY COATING (200-250) microns. Earthing System confirming IS 3034. The outer and inner pipe should be 48.3mm & 26.4mm 2mtrs Length, Zinc coated with additional special Alloy coating 300mm on the topside for additional protection of the Terminal. The annular space between the pipes being filled up with COMPACT FILL (CF) (Crystalline Conductive Compound). The COMPACT FILL (CF) mixture which is machine pressed in the pipes should not disintegrate or collapse when outer pipe corrodes. The inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity, the job includes digging the pits and refilling the same by Baron Conductolite Back Fill compound (Ground Enhancer), the BFC should be eco friendly it should not contain environmentally hazardous material/metal having ROHS Certification from NABL accredited lab.
99The earth pit should be provided with a FRP or EPCC earth pit cover for protection and safe guard of terminals. In areas where soil condition is bad, G00D EARTH i.e. BLACK COTTON OR MOISTURES NORMAL SOIL is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing the arranged soil with BFC 3 bags CONDUCTOLITE BFC for installation of earth electrode.
