The Purchaser Will Be Held Responsible For Any Damage/Fire Accident To The Railway Property Caused During Cutting Operation Or Delivery. 8)The Purchaser Will Be Solely Responsible For Any Loss Of Life (Railway Employee Or Any Other Person)Caused Due To Any Activities Involved While Dismantling/Cutting/Loading Of The Accidental Coaches/Wagons/Loco Scrap. 9)It Is The Responsibility Of The Purchaser To Segregate And Remove The Unwanted And Leftover Scrap Before The Completion Of Delivery Of The Lot.
