2Design (hydraulic & structural) and construction of RCC 3.8m x 2.9 m x 2.8m (1:1:2)Slow sand Filter( 0.090 MLD )as per IS : 10500 (2012) code for potable waterconsisting of two equal units includingpre-sedimentation Tanks, Inlet Chamber, Outlet Chamberincuding required excavation, supply& filling of approved filter mediaas per IS code, supply and fixing pipes or making drain for proper drainage arrangement , MS pipes for connecting the units, painting, distempering and cement based paint all inside and outside offilter plant as directed by Engineer -in -Charge etc, all complete including necessary testing and free trail run or 6 (six) and successful commissioning of whole plants, supply ,cartage of all materials,labour T&P etc.
3Survey, design (The contractor has to survey the site, take levels with total station, measure the length of pipe with metalic tape on prescribed alignment and submit the design of rising main for checking the thickness of pipe before ordering for supply of pipe.On completion of this work, the laid length of pipe will be deemed eligible forsupply. The respective amount for quantity of surplus supply of pipes (which remained unlaid or unutilized) will be deducted from final bill and surplus quantity of pipes will be the property of contractor) supplying, carting, laying & jointing of Rising main of following size & thickness ofM.S. ERW(YST 210) Grade As per ISO 3183 : 2007 & IS 816 : 1969 incudingother appurtenant works such as fixing of air valve, sluice valve, reflux valve at suitable points including making scouring arrangement at suitable locations by fixing tee & gate valve etc. complete and also testing & commissioning of laid pipeline including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.
