    2An fixed amount of Rs. 49,00,000/- (Forty nine Lakhs rupees only = 14 Buildings X Rs. 3,50,000 per building) including GST will be paid upon completion of supply, installation, testing, obtaining necessary approvals and commissioning of RO plants including water meters and dispensers. The rate quoted above is over and above the fixed amount.
