| 2 | MPS Design construction , erection testing and commissioning of MPS and following components a) RCC Inlet chamber, screening chamber , collecting tank, wet well sump suitable for , 3.00 MLD average flow with peak factor 3 including Providing and Installing 5 No. non clog sewage submersible pump sets i.e 1 No. 6000 LPM , 2 No. 2000 LPM and 2 No. 1000 LPM having minimum head of 20 m equipped with suitable LT panel boards all safety , devices, automatic capacitor bank and suitable size submersible cable from LT panel to pumps complete in all respect b K9 DI pipe of suitable dia at MPS including welding and screwing of flanges, ISI marked D.I fittings , sluice valves , non returning valves as per requirements even for bye-pess arrangements complete in all respect. c 3 Nos. CI Gear Operated Sluice Gate with SS Spindle (SS 410) and seats (SS 304) 2 Nos for screen and 1 No. for partition of collecting tank as per design. d Supply and Installation of 2 mechanical coarse screens suitable for 3.00 MLD average flow with peak factor of 3.0 complete in all respect e all other Infrastructure except construction of staff quarter , boundary wall/ path ways/ roads and work covered under Schedule-1A (HSR-Items) required to be executed at site to make the MPS functional is included in the scope of work for lump-sum job. f All the pumping machinery , panel board level sensor etc shall be controlled by PLC and SCADA and shall be synchronized with PLC panels at MPS and STP site through broadband internet facility. G Raw sewage will be available near boundary wall within the premises of proposed STP but the conveyance of sewage through DI pipe of suitable diameter, from this terminal point to the receiving Chamber of the MPS in included in the Turnkey contract. The Level of the MPS/ STP will be as per bed level of existing incoming sewer at MPS. h The size and quantities of all the above components will be as per approved structural /Hydraulic/Mechanical/ Electrical design to be approved by Department before actual execution of work for 5 year of OandM after commissioning after 3 months trial run (including 1 year defect liability period) |
| 3 | SEWERAGE TREATMENT PLANT a STP , Design, construction , erection , testing and commissioning of 3.00 MLD capacity Sewage Treatment Plant based on Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) Technology complete in all respect including Land scaping, MCC Panel Room , all other contingent i.e Electrical, Mechanical, Piping and Instrumentation work with PLC and SCADA arrangement for STP integrated with MPS including furniture and laboratory equipment as per detail given in the bid document and following components: b Supply and installation 2 Nos. fine Screens of suitable size for 3.00 MLD average flow with peak factor of 3 complete in all respect of 2 No. High Mast of 9 mtr GI Octagonal pole of 4 mm thickness (T= 100 mm, B=200 mm, Base Plate =320 x 320x20 mm) , Window at 500 mm from Base Plate with 6 No. LED suitable size, outdoor type energy efficient lamps on each pole, 20 no. LED outdoor light with 7 m high GI pole along road/path including all accessories complete in all respect. d Supply and installation of 1 No. 3.65 m wide Main Gate of MS and 1.25 m wide wicket gate at STP to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (Total weight not less than 500 kg) e Providing and installing 2 No. centrifuges (1 working plus 1 Stand bye) including centrifuge feed pump, all fittings, instrumentation , electric panel board etc as per design complete in all respect including packing dry sludge in 20 Kg bag and supplying the same in market Kisan Sewa Kendra or as directed by Engineer-in-charges within the lead as pointed at clause 4.4.4. ONLINE OUTLET EFFLUENT WATER QUALITY MONITORING SYSTEM 1 Supply, installation , testing commissioning operation and complehensive Annual Maintenance of effluent quality monitoring system at 3.00 MLD capacity STP for online (continues) measurement of PH, Total Suspended Soilds (TSS), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) by single analyzer with various sensors (spectral measurement in the UV-VIS range 200 - 720 mm) performing reagent and chemical free analysis with automatic cleaning of censor, singal cabies and power cables, local data acquisition and display of data on continues basis for uplinking the data toCPCB, HSPCB and PHED, TUV approved complete in all respect as per Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) guidelines for online continuous monitoring system for effluents and as contained in scope of work in the DNIT. a Multi parameter measuring converter for connecting upto 18 intelligent sensors Scope including 8 analog Inputs /outputs (4 Inputs and 4 outputs) (0/4-20 MA), wide range power supply optical COD/BOD and Tss prob with spectral processing of the UV-VIS range, for measurement in the outlet/effluent of 3 MLD capacity STP with integrated with automatic cleaning complete in all respect. b Robust digital pH/ORP sensor for pH/ORP electrodes with built-in pre-amplifier and temperature sensor with Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC) Cable length 100 meter (minimum). c Sensor adapter cable for all intelligent sensors, with IP68 water proof connection to the intelligent Sensor Net system cable length 100 meter (minimum) . d Data transfer to CPCB, HSPCB and PHED servers. e Providing GSM 3 G, 4 G modem with mobile network connectivity including network for 5 year of OandM after commissioning after 3 months trial run (including 1 year defect liability period)3.00 MLD |
| 4 | Providing and Installing 6 CCTV Cameras (4 Cameras for STP and 2 Cameras for MPS) complete as per satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge, within 96 hours of signing the agreement along with 90 days recording (DVR) 32 inch LED Screen , 16 Channel DVR at STP site and 8 Channel DVR at MPS Site with connectors , cables , poles and power supply with online real-time output facility. The cameras at both the sites i.e MPS and STP shall be synchronized at STP site. a) At STP and MPS site 1 No. PTZ speed come 360 degree 50 X zoom camera , 3 No. 12 mm lens size , 1 No 3.6 mm lens size Make-CP Plus Internet Protocol minimum 5 MP WDR, Night vision color mode 2.4.2.12 mm very focal with extra IR CCTV Cameras should be installed and commissioned before starting of the work.for 5Year of O and M after commissioning after 3 months trial run (including 1 year defect liability period). |
