| 3 | Up-keeping of toilet rooms by cleaning water closets, urinals, wash basins, flushing cistern tanks, side walls, passages, etc., once in a day by applying disinfectant/ cleaning liquid as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of disinfectant/ cleaning liquid, phenoil, bleaching powder, naphthalene balls, and consumables such as brooms, bucket, mugs, cleaning brush etc., all labour charges, lead and lift etc. complete, but excluding the cost of water which will be supplied by the department at free of cost. |

| 5 | Watering the turfing/lawn and plants daily and removal of unwanted weeds, dry leaves in the lawn as directed by the engineer at site including the cost of all materials, labour, leads, lifts, T&P etc. complete but excluding cost of water (Water will be supply at free of cost by the TANGEDCO). |
| 6 | Trimming the grass using electronic lawn mover, cutting the edges evenly, disposing the debris away from the site as directed by the Engineer in-charge including hire charges for lawn mover, all labour charges, tools & plants, leads & lifts etc. complete. (Power supply will be given by the department at free of cost). |
