1Taking down the defective electric induction motor 125 HP capacity of Kirloskar make 415 volt, 3 phase by dismantling the electrical connections, removing the motor from bed, by decoupling with pump, transporting to workshop, dismantling the burnt out winding from rotor/stator and rewinding the rotor or stator with same type super enamelled copper wire of same gauge and with necessary insulating material, varnishing, backing, re-assembling the motor completely transporting back to site and alignment with the pump/compressor with electrical connections including testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i)Burnt out removed winding wire shall be property of contractor and credited through schedule of credit.

5M&L for overhauling of centrifugal pump set 125 HP to 100 HP capacity of make Kirloskar, by dismantling completely and replacing unserviceable ball bearing, shaft sleeve, gland, neck ring gland rope shield, unserviceable Nut, bolt, washer etc. and reassembling the pump and fixing alignment to the original position and coupling with pump, complete all as specified and directed.
6All as per item No.5 above but 60 HP capacity centrifugal pump set.

Note: During taking out process if any pump set is fallen into the tube well contractor has to take out the same at his own cost.
38Taking down the submersible motor of 7.5 HP capacity any make 415 Volt, 3 phase by dismantling the electrical connections, removing the motor with pump from borewell, transporting to workshop, dismantling the burnt out winding from rotor/ stator and rewinding the rotor or stator with same type super enamelled copper wire of same gauge and with necessary insulating material, varnishing, backing, re-assembling the motor completely transporting back to site and alignment with the pump/compressor with electrical connections including testing and commissioning, complete, all as specified and a Note : New material coupler and cables will be measured and paid under respective item of the schedule under supply only rates.
39Supply only coupler heavy duty 100mm long of 50mm bore all as specified and directed.
40Supply only submersible cable PVC insulated sheathed 1100 volts grade multistranded copper conductor flat 3 core 6 Sq.mm. all as specified and directed.
41M&L for repairing of existing star delta starter cleaning of all power contactor terminals replacement if required and renewal of unserviceable perished copper wiring, aluminium/ copper lugs, push buttons and indication lamps etc, including necessary electrical connections and testing the motor with load all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
42M&L for cleaning of water supply under ground sump of capacity 2.0 Lakh gallons cleaning and sterilization, inside theUnderground/semi underground Over head/Sedimentation/clear water sumps through bacteriological treatment by using TERBAC G5/ Inchlor-5/ NB 10/ TERBAC G65/ Inoxi-60/ NB-69 and Ultra Violet Ray & Sodium Hypochlorite Solution. Make: Rays Cleantech/ Inus watertech/ Satya enterprise and equivalent as approved by GE. (Note : Item No 42 is here by continued as Srl Item No. 42.1 to 42.2)
43The Stages of cleaning is as follows:- (a) Firstis to drain out the water by using exit valve or high capacity dewatering system. (b) Secondis cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank and UG Sump by using TERBAC G10/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 or an equivalent laboratory tested branded chemical of the company and scrubbing the walls of the tanks. (c) Thirdis fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump. (d) Fourthand first bacteria screening is decertification by using TERBAC-G5/ Inohlor-5/ NB-10 or equivalent. (e) Fifthis cleaning the floor of water tank by industrial vacuum cleaner. (f) Sixthis the second bacteria screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray within the tank and kills all suspended bacteria. (g) Seventh of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by usingbranded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G65/ Inoxi-60/ NB-69 or equivalent.
44Note:- (i) Before cleaning, fix the sticker mentioning the date of cleaning & name of site and also providethe completion of sterilization of water tanks mentioningdate of cleaning, all the cleaning & sterilization staffs should be under accidental insurance coverage. (ii) Outlet pipe of OHT should be plugged before cleaning the OHT to avoid entering scales and the same shell be reconnected after cleaning the OHT and the quoted rate is deemed to be included for the provision. (iii) Contractor will be responsible for rectification of complaints occurred during cleaning the tank i.e. no water in tank/ over flow due to broken of float valve/ blockage to be included in quoted rate. (iv) The work shall be carried out through specialized agency such as Rays cleantech/ Inus watertech/ Satya enterprise or equivalent as approved by GE

48M&L for removing of soil and debris from static tank of 3.6 mtr dia and 3.6 mtr depth by removing of debris upto a depth of 3.6 mtr feet from top level and removing debris from bottom of the well including dewateringby usingdiesel pump set cleaning with bleaching powder and wire brush after scrapping the walls and bottom of the sump complete includingrepair of wall /bottomwith PCC/Plastering work , white washing inside and one coat of cement based paint on out side surface of wallsof static tank all as specified and as directed.
49M&L for removing of soil and debris Shallow well of 5.5 mtr dia and 12.0 mtr depth by removing of debris upto a depth of 12.0 mtr from top level and removing debris from bottom of the well including dewateringby usingdiesel pump set cleaning with bleaching powder and wire brush after scrapping the walls and bottom of the sump complete includingrepair of wall /bottomwith PCC/Plastering work , white washing inside and one coat of cement based paint on out side surface of walls & roofof shallow well completeall as specified and directed.
50Cleaning of E/M installation yard (pump houses) by cutting bushes, shrubs/cleaning grass and other wild growth trees of upto satisfaction, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
51Demolition of old unserviceable/brokenchamber and M&L for construction of brick masonry valve chamber 1200x900x 600mm sizewith plain cement concrete in 1:4:8 type D2 foundation and 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on brick wall inside and brick chamber built in cement mortar 1:6 including providing of MS Sheet cover 3mm thick with angle iron (40x40x6mm)brackets grouted to brick wall duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with lifting handle and locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed:-
