1Survey, Prepartion of DPR (Detailed Project Report) for installing roof top solar photo voltaic system at AF Stn Najafgarh. The Contractor shall carryout adequate NDT test on structural element of the buildings on which RTS will be installed to check structural strength to withstand roof top solar system. The contractor shall submit the structural report duly vetted by Govt Engg College. NOTE- 1. The Payment shall be made as per below yardstick a. Survey of all site complete - 10% b. Submission of DPR - 20% c. Carrying out NDT test as specified by GE (Atleast One Core cutting test of each building)(Adequate no. of Rebound Hammer Test - 20% d. Submission of Structural Audit Report - 30% e. Submission of Vetted drawings of Solar Panel & Module Mounting Structure - 10% f.After successful completion of Work as notified by GE - 10%
2Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of on grid Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant conforming to MNRE specifications as amended, consisting of Poly Crystalline silicon solar cells including installation and commissioning of Bi-directional meter/net metering facility, necessary protections, earthing, mounted on GI structure of suitable strength with following components at location specified in tender documents complete as required: - a) Solar Photovoltaic Module of capacity 335 Wp or above, manufactured in India, conforming to IS 14286/IEC 61215, IS/IEC 61730-Part-1, IS/IEC 61730-Part-2. Solar Photovoltaic Module conversion efficiency shall not be less than 16.5%. PV modules used in solar power plants/ systems must be warranted for their output peak watt capacity, which should not be less than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 years. SPV module shall contain Poly crystalline high power silicon solar cells. The solar cell shall have surface anti-reflective coating to help to absorb more light in all weather conditions. b) Power Conditioning Unit (PCU) (Solar Inverter) of 350-800 V DC Input voltage range and 400 V AC, three phase, 4 wire, 50Hz +/- 2.5 Hz, output voltage suitable to generate AC Power with efficiency not less than 97%, total harmonic distortion less than 3% and suitable for ambient temperature from 0 to 650C. The PCU shall adjust the voltage and frequency level to suit the Grid Voltage Frequency. c) Data Monitoring System complete with accessories. d) Fixing of Array junction box & Main junction box with IP 65 protection and termination arrangement for incoming and outgoing cable along with glands, lugs and other accessories etc. as required. e) Lightning and surge voltage protection : (i)All array structure of the PV yard should be grounded with proper earthing and all the metal shielding /casing of the plant must be grounded to ensure safety. (ii) The SPV power plant must have lightening and over voltage protection ,for ensuring correct voltage to PV and other sub components .The lightening protection can be achieved by Vertical air termination network and voltage over protection by Surge protection devices.
3Contd From Item no. 2 f) Connections & Interconnections by supplying & fixing required size XLPE insulated copper conductor 1.1 kV grade armoured power and control cables between solar modules, main power cable to grid supply PCU unit along with supplying & fixing of necessary channel/conduit lugs and other accessories etc. as required . g) DC &AC Switches:- (i) MCB of suitable rating should be provided for connection and disconnection or array and PCU for easy maintenance. (ii)Switches & circuit breakers on the DC side must be DC rated or sufficiently de-rated if AC switches are to be used.h)Cables & Accessories:- Only armoured copper cable with ultra violet protection of 1.1KV grade conforming to relevant existing codes be incorporated .The Selection of cable should be such that the drop in voltage be minimum and permissible wire drop on DC side should <=1%.For detail ref PS. i) Junction Boxes :- (i) Junction Boxes used must be dust proof,vermin proof ,and water proof and made up of FRP or thermoplastic , with copper bus bar for terminal linking ,having sufficient entry for incoming and outgoing cables with provision of glands at both the entry.Specific Identification and should contain suitable rated blocking diode. NOTE:- 1. The cost of civil structure (GI structure) shall be paid separately. The Civil structure incorporating Solar PV modules (arrays) should withstand the gusts of wind /cyclonic wind upto 150 km/hr from backside of panel. 2. PV modules will be guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for 10 Years. 3. The contractor shall submitt design vetted from National Institute of Solar Energy Gurugram or by Govt Institute authorised by MNRE or NISE or any reputed Institute / Agency authorised. 4. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of all the components as specifed here-in-above as well as Particular Specification, unless otherwise specified. 5. Suitable fastening arrangement such as grouting and calming should be provided to secure the installation against the specific wind speed. The Empanelled Agency shall be fully responsible for any damages to SPV System caused due to high wind velocity within guarantee period as per technical specification.
4Design, Fabrication, supply, installation ofelevated Moudle mounting structure tosuit the existing site conditions, made ofsuitable Hot Dipped Gavalised Mild Steel (having galvanizing coating of 85 microns mim), Fastners, bolts & nuts along withall required accessories etc. . Note: 1.The structure shall be designed towithstand minimum wind velocity of 150KMPH, the design and drawings shall be prepared by structural consultant andgot vetted from IIT/NIT/any Govt Institurion and approved by GE before executing. 2. All mounting structure sections shall have yield strength of 240Mpa. 3. The steel to be used shall conform IS 2629 & IS 2069. 4. The Fixing with the Roof is with suitable fasterners. All fasteners, nut and bolts are made of Stainless steel - SS 304. 5. The Galvanization shall conform to IS 4759. 6.The structural design of the complete system should be compatible with the structural strength and load bearing capacity of the RCC roof. The Bidder shall evaluate the structural Strength of the RCC roof through appropriate NDT test and prepare a report. The design of mounting structure shall be carried out taking into consideration of audit report. The design calculations along with detailed drawings to this effect shall be provided by a qualified chartered structural engineer and got vetted from the IIT/NIT/any Govt Institution

6Cost ofcommissioning of Net meter with the existing State electricty board Grid Network ,including all charges and rates of equipments associated with it . The quoted rate shall include Cost of liasoning with BSES (including application fee, registration form & HT net meter / Bi-directional Meter) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. Completion of work shall only be given after commissioning of Net meter to the state electricityboard grid system.
7M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3Kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms /Sqm ) over and including a coat of cold applied bitumen 85/25 based primer on entire surface @1.20 Kg /Sqm over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 using water proofing compound at the rate of 3% weight of cement over and PCC 1:2:4, type B1 by using 20mm graded stone aggregate in padding/mass concrete and haunching in required slope to avoid any logging of water including demolition of existing treatment of APP/Mud Phuska/BrickTile etc. and stacking the same at the location specified by GE at distancen.exe 100 m on dry and clean surfaces all as specified & directed. Note : 1. The work of APP shall be carried out after installing of Module mounting structure and before placing of solar panel. 2. The two coat of Aluminum painting over APP shall be carried out after placing of Solar Panel on mounting structure. The cost of the same shall be included in quoted rate. 3. The contractor shall submit Purchase voucher of APP, Aluminum Paint to GE for claiming payment. The same shall be fwd to office of Accepting officer along with final bill.
8Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) all as specified and directed.
9Supply only water proofing compound all as specified and directed.
10S&F for ISI marked PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm PVC single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors or fixed in wall through MS clamp including dismabtling of existing CI/AC/PVC pipe of any dia complete all as specified and direcetd
11S&F ISI marked PVC BEND (SWR) bends any radius 110mm complete all as specified and direcetd.
