Providing and fixing Ceramic glazed wall tiles 300x450 mm or more (having thickness 6 to 7 mm) of 1st quality conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all Colours& shades, except burgundy, bottle green, black laid on 12mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1:3 (1 Cement: 3 sand)preprad same day when mortar is still green jointed with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg per sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 sand) 25 mm thick.(Area of slab to be over 0.25 sqm) Note: - Deduction shall be made for not mirror polishing according to item no 11.43

Providing and fixing fly proof wire guaze to windows, clerestory windows and doors with M.S. Flat 15x3 mm and nuts and bolts complete.Galvanised M.S. Wire gauze with 0.63mm dia wire and 1.4 mm aperture on both sides

Dismantling Tile / Kota stone/ Marble/granitework in floors/ walls and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 meters lead. For thickness of tile 10 mm to 25 mm.

12 mm Cement Plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Sand)

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic wall tiles 300x450 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours white, ivory, grey, fume red brown laid on 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.
