    Tender For Repair Of Oliver Filter 8 Ft X 16 Ft--1 Complete repair of Oliver Filter 8 x 16 2 Complete repair of Oliver Filter 8 x 16(Jobs involved are as under) :-1. Dismantling of existing decking plate, channels, S.S. screen, Zig Zag etc.2. Supply and erection (Repair/fitting) & commissioning after complete repair3. All the material like S.S. decking plate, S.S. Channel, Brass zig zag, Rivit Will be supply by party.4. After Changing/Repairing oliver filter hydraulic testing will be done.5. Fitting of S.S Screen after repairing , S.S Screen will be provided by Mill.The specification of material are as under:-1. S.S. decking plate thick 0.6 mm grade S.S.-304.2. S.S. Divisional strip (Channels) thickness 6 mm, length 8, grade S.S.304.3. S.S. Solid strip grade S.S. 304, thickness 6 mm, width 22 mm, length 80’(feet)4. Round Head cooper Rivits (Different size)5. S.S. Binding strip, grade S.S. 304, thickness 0.7 mm, width 20 mm, length 2’(fee)6. Brass zig-zag 2 feet long, heavy duty.7. M. seal.8. Araldite with hardener.9. Wire lead.10.S.S. Screw grade 304/308 (Hex. Bolt)11.Grinding wheel/cutting wheel and drill of different sizes.12. S.S 304 grade welding rod, size 205 MM good quality.
