    Tender Details

    Tender For Instrument Connections Etc Are To Be Dismantled & Taken Out. [3] All Taken Out Valves To Overhaul & To Be Made Ready With New Packing Cut To Size. [4]. Main Header Pipes Are To Be Modified As Per Department Directive For Overhauling Purpose. Pipe Segment For All Burners Of Zone-Iv Areto Be Modified As Per Department Directive For Overhaul Purposes. End Flanges Are To Provide, ITEMS MADE READY AS PER SCOPE 1 AND 3 ARE TO BE ERECTED. NITROGEN LINE & INSTRUMENT CONNECTION ARE TO BE FIXED. [6]. AFTER COMPLETE ERECTION PIPE LINE ARE TO BE TESTED WITH NITROGEN FOR ANY LEAKAGE WITH SOAP SOLUTION. DEFECTS IF ANY ARE TO BE RECTIFIED. [7] TOTAL PIPE LINES ARE TO BE PAINTED WITH TWO COATS OF RED OXIDE & TWO COATS OF YELLOW. [8] ANY DEFECT NOTICED DURING MIXED GAS CHARGING & TESTINGS ARE TO BE RECTIFIED IMMEDIATELY. [9] FOLLOWING FLANGES ARE TO BE MACHINED BY PARTY:-DN300-5 SETS, DIA273-4 SETS, DN200-4SETS, DN 125-10 SETS, DN80-4 SETS, DN 50-5 SETS, PLATE S WILL BE SUPPLIED BY DEPT FREE OF COST. PARTY SHOULD GAS CUT & MACHINE TO REQUIRE DRG DIMENSIONS. [10] PACKING EXPLOSION DISCS WILL BE SUPPLIED BY DEPT IN SHEETS. PARTY HAS TO CUT TO REQUIRED SIZE.
