Annual comprehensive maintenance comprising of routine and preventive maintenance comprises of following i/c replacement of defective / worn out spare parts and operation of 10,000 LPH RO plant of IONS Hydro (P) Ltd. (water treatment plant i/c equipment & machinery and their electrical control panel i/c drainage pumps installed at different locations for 12 Hrs. operation on all days i/c Sunday & Holidays complete as per details of equipments and terms & conditions etc. complete as required.

Operation of the plant to produce the required quantity of treated water of acceptable quality from NABL approved lab and maintaining log books of operation & necessary repair

Supply of all consumables i/c all material, chemical like micron cartage filter / media, anti scalant chemical, chlorine, alum cleaning chemical / material sodium bicarbonate etc. as required.

Repair / replacement of membrane 40\" length and 8\" dia.

Providing technician cum operator (for 12 hrs.) and sweeper/ helper (for 02 hrs.) daily and visit of an engineer once in a week as per terms & condition.

Maintenance of all electrical / mechanical equipment i/c supply of spares, consumable etc. as per accepted goods practices and desirable industry standard

General housekeeping of WTP area.

Removal of all residue and unwanted material i/c carriage of debris etc from the site.

Monitoring the quality of treated water and getting the treated water tested from NABL lab atleast once in three months.
