| 10 | Routine maintenance and attending day to day complaints of electrical installations including repairing the wiring and lighting fixture complete with carrying out the daily drill comprising of cleaning of the electrical installation, lodging of electrical complaint in the complaint register, testing the insulation resistance, earth resistance etc and providing assistance to the Engineer-in-Charge during breakdown maintenance complete with replacement of worn-out parts issued by the departmentto the contractor by deploying multi-tasking staff and Khallasi in various shifts on all days of the month including Sunday & Holidays, as per terms & conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge etc as required AND Routine maintenance and attending day to day complaints of compound light/street/security light including repairing the wiring and lighting fixture complete with carrying out the daily drill comprising of cleaning of the electrical installation, lodging of electrical complaint in the complaint register, testing the insulation resistance, earth resistance etc and providing assistance to the Engineer-in-Charge during breakdown maintenance complete with replacement of worn-out parts issued by the department to the contractor , keeping the entire installation on functional mode by deploying multi-tasking staff and Khallasion all days of the month including Sunday & Holidays, as per terms & conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge etc as required |
| 11 | Routine maintenance & operation and general upkeep & cleaning of Wet rise & sprinkler system consisting of electrical & diesel driven pump sets, control panel, internal & external fire hydrants with associated accessories, related electrical wiring work including minor repair works, and maintaining log book for above installation & periodical checking of installation, as and when required, keeping the entire installation on functional mode by deploying multi-tasking staff and Khallasi on round the clock duty in 3 shifts on alldays of the month including Sunday & Holidays, as per terms & conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge etc as required AND Routine maintenance & operation and general upkeep & cleaning of fire alarm system and P.A. system & allied accessories consisting of control panels, control relay, various type of detectors, response indicator, manual call point, hooter cum speakers, talk back system, related electrical wiring work including minor repair works, and maintaining log book for above installation & periodical checking of installation, as and when required, keeping the entire installation on functional mode by deploying multi-tasking staff on round the clock duty in 3 shifts and Khallasi in general shift on alldays of the month including Sunday & Holidays, as per terms & conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge etc as required. |
| 12 | Running Maintenance & Operation of9 Nos 16 passengers capacity lifts installed at Vyapar Bhawan, New Delhi in various shifts on all days of the monthincludingSunday and holidays for smooth operation and routine checking to ensure proper functioning of passenger lift & providing immediate assistance during emergency situation. The lift operator should be adequately trained & experienced for providing above mentioned services, as per Terms & Conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge etc. as required. |

Panel & allied accessories for maintaining essential power supply, as and when required, on account of failure of main electrical power supply/load shedding including periodical checking of DG set for theirproper functioning alongwithminor repair works, as and when required and recording reading in log book as and when required, keeping the entire installation on functional mode by deploying multi-tasking staff in three shifts on round the clock duty and Khallasi in general shift on all days of the month including Sunday & Holidays, as per terms & conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge etc as required |
