Beaching the Mooring Launches M.L. Alaimagal& M.L. Pothigai in a safe manner – 1time (Beaching Includes Providing chocks, arrangements of chocks, positioning the Mooring Launch, engaging labours&Providing necessary tools & tackles, ropes, Mooring Launches, Backhoe Loaders and all other materials required for SAFE Beaching.)

Un-beaching the Mooring Launches M.L. Alaimagal& M.L. Pothigai in a safe manner – 1time.(Un-beaching Includes positioning the Mooring Launch for un-beaching, engaging labours, Providing necessary tools and tackles, ropes, Mooring Launches, Backhoe Loaders and all other material required for SAFE un-beaching.)

CHIPPING & BLASTING On completion of beaching / docking the Mooring Launch, immediately the sea growth on hull area / under water portions including propellers/rudders etc to be scrapped, cleaned safely and fresh water washed as per instruction of Port officials. After removal of sea growth, scrapping, chipping, sweep blasting, painting works to be carried out on the entire Mooring Launch, viz. hull plate, main deck and its all accessories by using marine grade paints. (Paints will be supplied by the Port)

Removal of all the old anode and to fit new anode in its original position (certificate of composition for anode to be furnished)

Removing the Bilges from Engine Room, Cleaning the engine room side plates, Engine and other accessories, Chipping and Painting of the above area as per the existing pattern on 2 Mooring launches- Costincluding Manpower, Tools, Tackles and Consumables as per the scope of the work.

Hard Chipping, scrapping and Painting of complete area exposed to below & above water line as per the existing pattern on 2 Mooring launches- Costincluding Manpower, Tools, Tackles and Consumables as per the scope of the work.
