M/O Completed Scheme Under Na-Ii North Zone. Running Operation And Maintenance Of Three Ro Plants Of Capacity 6 Klph And 15 Klph / 10 Klph (Retreated) At Dda Housing Pocket A-1, A-2, Siraspur Based On Unit Kilo Litre Discharge. (Specialized Work) , Supplying Ro Treated Water From Three Ro Plants (Situated At Siraspur Ews Dda Flats Pocket A1) As Per Scope Of Work And Special Terms And Conditions), Including Running Operation & Maintenance Of 3 Ro Plants Complete As Per Direction Of Engineer-Incharge. , Scope Of Work And Special Conditions:- 1 Agency Must Have Experience Of Design, Drawings, Supply, Installation & Commissioning Of Complete Infreastructure Relating To Plant Capacity Of Minimum 10000Ltr/Hr In Reverse Osmosis Technology With 70 % Recovery Of Permeate Water In Any Govt Sector In Last Five Year Shall Only Be Eligible To Bid. 2 The Ro Plants Are Good And In Running Condition. Any Damage Caused By Negligence Shall Be The Responsibility Of Contractor. 3 The Contractor Shall Design Necessary Retrofitting Of The Plant To Treat Raw Water Having Tds Up To 5000 Mg/L And Accordingly Carry Out All Such Necessary Replacements/Repairs As May Be Required To Make It Workable To Treat Raw Water Having Tds Up To 5000 Mg/L. 4 The Contractor Shall Provide And Install New Membranes Of Approved Make And Design To Treat Raw Water Having Tds Upto 5000 Mg/L. 5 The Contractor Shall Replace Or Repair All Components Of The Ro Plants Which Are Necessary To Run It Effectively Such As High-Pressure Pumps, Electric Panels, Membrane Housing, Mgf Housing, Acf Housing, Pipe Lines, Valves Etc. 6 The Contractor Shall Provide And Install One Digital Water Meter At The Inlet Of Ug Reservoir Of Treated Water To Record The Supply Of Treated Water On Day-To-Day Basis By The Ro Plants. 7 The Contractor Shall Run The Ro Plant On Day-To-Day Basis And Supply Approximately 180 Kilo Litre Or 1,80,000 Liters Treated Water Every Day Having Tds Not More Than 500 Mg/L. The Quantity May Increase Or Decrease At Times Depending Upon The Water Demand By The Occupants Of The Pockets But Shall Fullfill The 5400-Kilo Liter As Minimum Requirement In One Month Period (30 Days). 8 The Ro Plants Shall Be Operated Continuously For One Shift (8 Hr) And No Holiday Shall Be Allowed. The Shift May Increase Or Decrease As Per Actual Water Demand. 9 The Contractor Shall Arrange At His Own Cost All Components And Consumables Required For Day-To-Day Operation Of The Ro Plant Also Including: A) Anti-Scaling Dosing Chemicals, Chemicals For Ph Correction, Chemicals For Periodic Cleaning Of Membranes Etc. B) Micron Filter Cartridges C) Filter Media For Multi Grade Filters/Activated Carbon Filters (Mgf/Acf) D) Membranes If Required To Be Replaced Before Completion Of The Contract E) Water Meter Or Any Other Component Etc 10 The Contractor Shall Himself Maintain The Raw/Feed Water Pump Placed Outside The Ro Plant Room And Inside Plant Room And Shall Also Maintain The Raw/Feed Water Pipe Line Including Its Fittings For Drawing Water From The Underground Water Tank. 11 Dda Shall Provide Raw Water In The Storage Water Tanks. Beyond That, Drawing Raw Water From Tank, Treating It In The Ro Plant And Supplying The Treated Water In The Underground Water Reservoir Shall Be The Responsibility Solely Of The Contractor. 12 Cleaning Of Raw Water Storage Tank Shall Be The Responsibility Of The Contractor. 13 Water Test From Every Ro Plant Is Mandatory From Dda Approved Labs Once In Every 3 Months Or As Directed By Engineer-In-Charge. 14 Dda Shall Provide Electricity Free Of Cost For Running The Plant And Raw/Feed Water Pump. 15 The Contractor Shall Deploy Sufficient Manpower To Repair, Operate And Maintain The Ro Plant Throughout The Contract Period. 16 Painting Of All Ms Frame Structure, Pipes Etc. To Give The Plant Neat And Nice Look. 17 The Contractor Shall Install And Maintain Digital Meters For Permeate Flow And Reject Flow Of Water. 18 The Plants Shall Be Taken Back By The Department In Good And In Running Condition After Expiry Of The Contract Period. 19 The Contract Maybe Partially Or Fully Foreclosed If Sufficient Water Supply Is Available From Djb And No Claim On This Foreclosure Shall Be Entertained By The Department. 20 The Contract Shall Be Foreclosed If The Water Supply Services Have Been Handed Over To Djb And No Claim On This Foreclosure Shall Be Entertained By The Department.

2Scope of work and special conditions:- 1 Agency must have experience of design, drawings, supply, installation & commissioning of complete infreastructure relating to plant capacity of minimum 10000ltr/hr in reverse osmosis technology with 70 % recovery of permeate water in any Govt sector in last five year shall only be eligible to bid. 2 The RO plants are good and in running condition. Any damage caused by negligence shall be the responsibility of contractor. 3 The contractor shall design necessary retrofitting of the Plant to treat raw water having TDS up to 5000 mg/l and accordingly carry out all such necessary replacements/repairs as may be required to make it workable to treat raw water having TDS up to 5000 mg/l. 4 The contractor shall provide and install new membranes of approved make and design to treat raw water having TDS upto 5000 mg/l. 5 The contractor shall replace or repair all components of the RO Plants which are necessary to run it effectively such as high-pressure pumps, electric panels, membrane housing, MGF housing, ACF housing, pipe lines, valves etc. 6 The contractor shall provide and install one digital water meter at the inlet of UG reservoir of treated water to record the supply of treated water on day-to-day basis by the RO Plants. 7 The contractor shall run the RO Plant on day-to-day basis and supply approximately 180 KILO LITRE or 1,80,000 liters treated water every day having TDS not more than 500 mg/l. The quantity may increase or decrease at times depending upon the water demand by the occupants of the pockets but shall FULLFILL the 5400-kilo liter as minimum requirement in one month period (30 days). 8 The RO plants shall be operated continuously for one shift (8 hr) and no holiday shall be allowed. The shift may increase or decrease as per actual water demand. 9 The contractor shall arrange at his own cost all components and consumables required for day-to-day operation of the RO Plant also including: a) Anti-scaling dosing chemicals, chemicals for pH correction, chemicals for periodic cleaning of membranes etc. b) Micron filter cartridges c) Filter media for Multi Grade Filters/Activated Carbon Filters (MGF/ACF) d) Membranes if required to be replaced before completion of the contract e) Water meter or any other component etc 10 The contractor shall himself maintain the raw/feed water pump placed outside the RO Plant Room and inside Plant Room and shall also maintain the raw/feed water pipe line including its fittings for drawing water from the underground water tank. 11 DDA shall provide raw water in the STORAGE water tanks. Beyond that, drawing raw water from tank, treating it in the RO Plant and supplying the treated water in the underground water Reservoir shall be the responsibility solely of the contractor. 12 Cleaning of raw water storage tank shall be the responsibility of the contractor. 13 Water test from every RO plant is mandatory from DDA approved labs once in every 3 months or as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 14 DDA shall provide electricity free of cost for running the plant and raw/feed water pump. 15 The contractor shall deploy sufficient manpower to repair, operate and maintain the RO Plant throughout the contract period. 16 Painting of all MS frame structure, pipes etc. to give the Plant neat and nice look. 17 The contractor shall install and maintain digital meters for permeate flow and reject flow of water. 18 The plants shall be taken back by the department in good and in running condition after expiry of the contract period. 19 The contract maybe partially or fully foreclosed if sufficient water supply is available from DJB and no claim on this foreclosure shall be entertained by the department. 20 The contract shall be foreclosed if the water supply services have been handed over to DJB and no claim on this foreclosure shall be entertained by the department.
