32Supply and laying cast iron fittings for spigot socketed pipes such as bends (any type radius and angle), tapers any type (straight, bends, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.), tee pieces, single branch, "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot), collars, caps and plugs suitable for bore of pipe from 200 mm to 300 mm complete all as specified and as directed.
33Supply & fix 80 mm cast iron double side flanged venturi conduit and also including taking down old u/s venturi all as specified and directed
34Making alignment of Horizontal split casing pump system between motor rotor and pump shaft for 40HP motor 2 stage of make kirloskar model no DSM/80/36 to reduce vibration by providing spare parts like shaft, impeller, ball bearing, nut bolt etc and making PCC complete all as per direction of engr-in-charge complete all as directed. Note : cost of PCC will be measured and paid seperately.
35Making alignment of monoblock pump suction end with suction pipe system by opening the Gl suction pipe passing through jackwell for 20/15HP motor of make kirloskar to reduce vibration by providing bend, collars, etc of GI , nut bolt etc and making PCC complete all as per direction of engr-in-charge complete all as directed. Note : cost of PCC will be measured and paid seperately.
36M & L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, back plates and stay clamp fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.
37S&F in repairs Alum dosing pump of capacity 90 LPH @ 7kg/cm2 for Lamella clarifier dozing system as per existing make supplied by optimous Enviropro complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
38S&F in repairs of lime dosing pump 180LPH @ 4.0Kg/SQ cm for Lamella clarifier dozing system as per existing supplied by optimous Enviropro complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.
39Rewinding of sludge recycling pump flow 2m3/hr head 20MWC type self priming complete all as directed.
40M & L for providing gear oil suitable for lamella clarifier dozing system complete all as specified and sirected by engr-in-charge.
41Carrying out testing of water sample of untreated water, treated water at installation and at used end for all parameters mentioned in Table 1 to Table 6 of IS 10500: 2012 from NEIST Jorhat/ DRL Tezpur or any approved Lab as approved by the GE complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Testing of water will be conducted at the interval of 3 months.
42S & F in repair rotational moulded polyethylene double layer water tanks (vertical cylindrical with close top) as per IS 12701: 1996 of 500 litres capacity hoisted and fixed in position including provision of 20 mm /15 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for connecting inlet, outlet, over flow and washout pipes including taking down old unsv water tank all as specified and as directed.
43S & F rotational moulded polyethylene double layer water tanks (vertical cylindrical with close top) as per IS 12701: 1996 of 250 litres capacity hoisted and fixed in position including provision of 20 mm /15 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for connecting inlet, outlet, over flow and washout pipes, including taking down old unsv water tankall as specified and as directed.
44Supply and fixing the PVC cover suitable for PVC water tank of any capacity and size including locking arrangement including removing broken / unserviceable PVC cover complete all as specified and directed.
45Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
46M & L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

53Material and labour for opening or pulling the worn out rotor shaft of electric motor/pump of capacity 10 HP from the pump set by removing all connected nuts, bolts, bearing covers, cooling fan and bearing etc. and same is brought to nearby metalling shop for remetalling of surface/re-threading/grinding and fabrication job on shaft and servicing of monoblock pump by providing gland packing and grease of approved grade suitably and re-fitting properly to their original lovation as per direction of Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.Note: Spare parts shall been measured and paid seperately.
