(b)Opening of top cover by removing nuts, bolts and all mounting accessories and conservator tanks. (c) Draining out transformer oil and keeping aside in barrel for re-use and then again pouring back after necessary filteration and dehydration includingtop upwith new transformer oil to make up the reduced quantity. (d) Replacement oftop and buttom Gaskets. (e) Servicing of tap changing gears by cleaning and polishing tapping contact points. (f) Labour only for Cleaning of bush and stud both HT/LT side and refixing the same with new cock sheet as required. (g) Replacing unserviceable stud and bush as required as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (h) Reconnection of all cable terminals HV & LV sides andrefixing the top cover after replacement of gaskets, conservator tank in position. (j) Cleaning and heating of silica gel in breather and replenishing with new silica gel to make up the reduced quantity. (k) Connecting HT & LT side with existing incoming and outgoing cables including reconnection of earth strip/lead. Note: (i) Filteration and dehydration of transformer oil, topping up ofNew transformer oil shall be measured and paid separately., (ii) Spares like bushes and studs,New silica gel,New buchholz relay and M seal monoplast, etc required for replacement shall be measured and paid foras supply only separately. The labour element involved in replacing the spares shall be deemed to include in the unit rate quoted. (iii)The unit rate quoted shall include the cost ofall other minorspares as required not mentioned hereinafter.
5Supply and fixing in repair, ofHT CT of ratio 50/5 Amps all as spedified and as directed.
6Repair/servicing of HT PT epoxy typeincluding replacing of primary and secondary winding, replacement of PT bush-03 Nos and housing bush-03 Nos all as spedified and as directed.
7Supply and fixinng, in repair, of triping coil 110/30 V DC all as spedified and as directed.
8Supply and fixing in repair, of LT Epoxy Bush of 04 Nos.( three phase and one neutral)Spout (as per smaple) with all necessary connection complete for transformer of capacity 500KVA including replacing of primary and secondary winding complete all as spedified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
9Supply onlybushingand stud complete with porcelain insulators forLT side (as per existing size/Model) for following capacity of transformer 500 KVA

11Supply and fixing in repair, transformer oil temperature gauge dial type range 0 to 100 deg C as per existing type and model all as directed. (Make : PRECIMEASURE/GURU)
12Supply only Silica gel in existing breather assembly all as directed.
13Supply and fixing, in repair, ofAmp meter 0-30 A for HT side all as directed.
14Supply and fix ACB 4 pole,of capacity800 Amp MDO, and breaking capacity 50 KA in replacement of old one complete all as specified and directed.
15Supply and fix ACB 4 pole,of capacity630 Amp MDO, and breaking capacity 50 KAin replacement of old one complete all as specified and directed.
16Filteration and dehydration of old transformer oil and removing of sludge by continuous circulation through transformer oil filtration plant with heater strips to achieve dielectric strength of not less than 50 KV at 2.5 mm gap of electrode as per IS-1866(1985) and improvement of acidity by minimizing percentage of acidity using chemical reagents all as spedified and as directed by the Engn-in-Charge.
17Supply and top up transformer oil having di-electric strength not less than 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap after initial dehydration/filteration conforming to IS 335 and ISI marked to be brought at site in sealed container all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Make:- Castrol / Veedol / IOC / HPL).
18Maintenance and servicing, testing and commisssioning, of 6.6 KV VCB of 400 Amp by opening out HT cable termination joints, checking and cleaning all the spares of VCB to avoid any chances of flashing / burning due to loose connection, replacement of all bolts, nuts & washers (if found damaged due to flashing) with new one (anodised) of existing size, testing and calibration of earth fault and over load relays complete after re-connection of all dismantled cables and again testing after re-charging the VCB complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Servicing to be carried out by authorised Servicing Agencies.
19Servicing, commissioning and testingof HT panel including replacement of burnt out lugs, scraping the bus bar chamber with ewary paper, cleaning the bus bar panel with CTC, remove the burnt out electrical wiring and replacement of bolt, nuts, washer and new wiring for metering eqpt, phase sequence RYB with bus bar insulation tapes, heating with blower, reconnecting, testing and commissioning. Note:- Cost of Nuts, bolts, washers, insulation tapes, wiring & other connecting items shall be included in unit rate.

22Relaying of UG cable afterfault rectification of size 25 to 70 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Cost of excavation, returning/ filling etc included in unit item rate. (ii) Cost of items like joint kit etc to repair fault to be paid as separate item.

29Laying only, connecting, testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty UG cable after taking down old unserviceable cable with stranded alluminium conductors 150.0 sqmm x 3.5 core,1100 Volt grade, laid in trenches/wall/roof/pole/through pipe ,compleate all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i)Pipe and bricks for cableprotection and sand cushioning and earth work shall be measured and paid separately. (ii)LT UG cable will be issued free for fixing only.

OUTGOING:-i) MCCB AC 415 Volts, 63 Amp, 4- Pole, 25 KA rupturing capacity with fixed TM range confirming to IS13947-11 complete with commections to the bus bars- 05 No. NOTE : Make of the panel shall be C&S /Havells/Legrand/Siemens and shall be supplied with warrenty certificate of C&S /Havells/Legrand/Siemensfor complete panel including accessories.

66Supply and fix in replacement of old unserviceable changeover switches of capacity 200 A and 4 pole complete all as directed and specified. Make:Cat No:IHCNFE0200 of Havell"s or Indoasian cat No. ITAS0200 or Legrand/C&S / HPL / Standard / L&T).
67Supply and fix in replacement of old unserviceable changeover switches of capacity 100 A and 4 pole complete all as directed and specified. Make:Cat No:IHCNFE0100 of Havell"s or Indoasian cat No. ITAS0100 or Legrand / C&S / HPL / L&T / Standard).
68Supply and fix in replacement of old unserviceable changeover switches of capacity 63 A and 4 pole complete all as directed and specified. Make:Cat No:IHCNFE063 of Havell"s or Indoasian cat No. ITAS0063 or Legrand/C&S / HPL / L&T / Standard)).
69M/L for MS clamps, made out of FI, of adequate size and thickness, bend to shape as requited, drilling, bolting, etc complete,for fixing as in gi pipe, cables and the like, including preparing new steel and iron surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer, etc complete.
