Providing/Replacement of damaged components of 63 KVA Voltage Stabilizer installed at T/well Sangrampur New. The job involves dismantling of stabilizer after disconnecting all electric connections incoming and outgoing, then loading of the stabilizer with the help of crane/manual labour in the mechanical transport and carriage to workshop, unloading of the stabilizer with the help of crane/manual labour at workshop. Extracting out of main coils from oil tank and then drain out T-Oil from the oil chamber to remove the slag. Rewinding of 02 no. main coils with superior quality copper wire, insulation material. Complete varnishing of all three coils. Refilling of T-Oil after filtering and dehydrating it by heating at optimum temperature and then fill additional 60 Litres T-Oil for topping of Stabilizer. After repairing the voltage stabilizer is Shifting back to site of installation. Providing and fitting of thimbles and tapes to copper and aluminum cables. Assembling of Voltage Stabilizer and connecting all electric connections after proper thimbling of cable ends and then testing on full load. Complete job includes cost of material, tools and tackles, labour charges and Transport charges etc.
