| 1 | Shifting, Maintenance and Fitting of vacuum pumps – 02 nos. (Dismantled from DRDO Hospital) at SSH Jammu. The complete job includes the following: i) Shifting the vacuum pumps - 02 nos. (Dismantled from DRDO Hospital & lying at Bone and Joint Hospital) to the plant room at SSH. ii) Laying of RCC foundation block (300 mm both below & above GFL) and providing at least 200 mm clear offset on all side of vacuum pumps, P/F of foundation bolts and installation of vacuum pump on foundation block as per pwd norms iii) Vacuum pumps shall be fitted with interconnecting copper piping 42 mm dia , non-return valves ,isolationball valves as required and and one bacteria and one-line filters. fitting of separate bypass for each filter line along with valves [material of s.no iii) job to be provided from the dismantled DRDO material], iv) Fitting of vacuum tank after laying of a PCC block as per pwd norms v) The job includes providing & fitting of pressure switch to cut it at 650mm of Hg,and vacuum gauges of required size with silencer vi) Providing of electrode earthing of the machinery. vii) Fitting of one no. Auto Cascading Panels (to be provided from the dismantled DRDO material)along with providing & laying of appropriate size copper cable for making electrical connection from LT Main Control panel to the auto cascading panel for sequencing along with all necessary wiring, (cable trays If required as per site requirement )etc. viii) Complete servicing of the above installed two vacuum pumps (Bharat Air Make-10 HP) and all other work to complete the vacuum system including providing of one bacteria and one line filter. The complete job also includes cost of material, labour charges of installation, transportation charges of material to site, tools and tackles charges, all unforeseen items/job required for the completion of job and taxes etc. |
