Providing and fitting of new rubber coupling 03 nos. to the motor supplying water to the cooling towers by the way of replacing the old damaged couplings with the new ones of same size & specification. Dismantling of the motors, cleaning of the stators by using blowers to remove dust and then complete varnishing of motor and drying it and greasing the motor bearings. Providing and fitting new pump bearings in place of damaged bearings as per sample, fitting of the pump & motor at respective places and then making proper alignment of pump and motor. Providing and filling of suitable grade lubricating oil to 03 nos. horizontal centrifugal pumps with motors. Cutting of damaged cable end, P/F of new thimbles, making all electrical connections and then testing of the pump at full load at site. The complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, all handling & transportation charges and taxes etc. Complete job as per site requirement. |

| 4 | Complete rewinding of 5 HP 3 phase motor by way of dismantling motor from base frame by opening of foundation bolts, shifting of motor to workshop and unloading it there. Disconnecting of all motor leads, dismantling of motor, taking out the rotor from the stator and complete disassembly as per requirement of job. Complete rewinding of stator of induction motor with suitable copper wire after complete removal of burnt out winding, cleaning of stator etc., insulation, varnishing, tapping etc. Assembling of all motor parts, coupling and alignment with blower, reconnecting of leads and testing on full load. The job also includes providing and fitting AHU fan motor pulley belts - 02 Nos. | 5 | Replacing the old damaged submersible cable of the submersible pumps installed in SSH by way of providing of 10 sq mm 3 core submersible copper cable -25 mtrs in length of reputed make viz. Polycab/ Havells/ KEI only conforming to relevant B.I.S. codes, proper laying and fitting of the submersible cable as per site requirement by proper clamping, providing & fitting of thimbles after proper crimping, jointing of the cable with the existing cable at one end and with the panel at the other end and then testing it on load. , making of connections of cable.
