Laying Of M-20 Grade Rcc Foundation Block For Each Pump Of Size 6’X3’X4’ By Using Reinforcement Steel Of 10Mm Dia. The Foundation Block As Per Size Of Pump Set Should Have Additional Margin Of 6” On All Sides. The Foundation Block May Be Combined For All The Pumps Which Must Includes Space On All Sides Of Pump Set And Space Between The Pump Sets. The Enclosure Should Be Front Shutter Mounted With Key Locking System Having Glass Window. Digital Electronic Voltmeter & Ampere Meter Should Be Provided Along With The Required Current Transformer And Selector Switches. The Internal Control Wiring Should Be Done With Flexible Pvc Lt Cable With Proper Thimbling At Each End. The System Should Trip The Motor On Power Failure And On Appearance Of An Electrical Fault Mentioned Below Which May Otherwise Damage The Motor Field Coils And Should Not Restart Automatically Until Unless The System Is Reset Manually, Thus Providing Automation To The System And Protection To The Motor .The System / Star Delta Auto Starter Should Not Fall Into Delta If It Does Not Fall Into Star Mode First And Should Remain De-Energised To Avoid Damage To The Motor / Machinery And Also To The Power Source / Transformer. The System / Star Delta Auto Starter Should Trip Off If It Does Not Fall Into Delta & Remains In Star Mode For More Than 10-20 Seconds. The System Shall Provide Protection Against:-Low Voltage Below 350 V, High Voltage Above 450 V, Single Phasing, Reverse Phasing, Un Balanced Phasing, Dry Running, Overloading.In Addition The System Should Have The Following Audio & Visual Features For A Quick And Accurate Diagnosis Of The Appeared Fault / Status For A Speedy Rectification Of The System-- Separate Led Fault / Status Indicators, Led Phase Indicators. Isolation By Pass System, For Fault Analysis Of System, With A Blinking Indicator. Providing, fabrication and laying of 50mm dia MS suction pipe line to the pump set of length as per site conditions condition and upto maximum of approximately 6 meters each including 50mm dia MS bends, MS flanges, expanders/reducers / dismantling joints / saddles/ pipe extension pieces, 50mm dia Cast Iron sluice valve-1no.,gaskets, nuts, bolts, washers as per site requirement.Providing, fabrication and laying of 50mm dia MS delivery pipe as per site conditions including MS bends, MS flange, expanders/reducers / dismantling joints/ saddles/ pipe extension pieces, Cast steel Sluice valve 50mm dia and NRV 50mm dia alongwith by pass arrangement (class 300 accompanied with manufacturer’s in house test certificate)gaskets, nuts, bolts, washers. Job includes greasing work, P/F of graphited gland packing and thereafter testing on no load and then on full load and commissioning thereof. Job includes providing / fitting and laying of copper cable 16mm2from motor to panelin six leads approximately 36 meters for each motor, then p/f and laying 25mm2 copper cable upto MCCB-bus bar-voltage stabilizerin three leads approximately 30 meters in length alongwith neutral wire conforming to ISI standards with proper thimbling and insulation material. Job covers providing and fitting of 100 ampere MCCB of 50KA breaking strength. Proper chemical earthing of the equipment should be done for safety of machinery. 3	Making connection of Sump outlet pipe with suction lines through 65mm dia MS pipe manifold. Making connection of delivery lines with rising main through 65mm dia MS pipe manifold. Job includes providing and fitting of bus bar arrangement complete with frame and insulation work on the wall of the pump room. Job includes cost of machinery, equipments and material, transportation charges, manual carriage charges, labour charges, loading /unloading charges, hire charges of tools, tackles, and material handling equipment etc.
4	Design, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of 50 ampere rating, 3 phase, LT control panel cum protection panel cum automatic star delta starter alongwith allied works by way of fabrication of panel with 3 pole Main and delta power contactors of 50A rating 01 no. each and star power contactor of 50A rating-1no., complete with all protection, safety and control devices / mechanismcompatible with the design / rating of the prime mover, of reputed make, conforming to ISI standards. The system should be provided with fault analyzer cum controller unit or equivalent of standard and reputed make. The complete system should be enclosed in MS steel enclosure box of suitable dimensions. The enclosure should be finished with powder coated painting from inside as well as from outer surface of approved colour. Providing / laying of copper conductors of proper rating alongwith insulation material as per site requirement. The enclosure should be front shutter mounted with key locking system having glass window. Digital electronic voltmeter & ampere meter should be provided along with the required current transformer and selector switches. The internal control wiring should be done with flexible PVC LT cable with proper thimbling at each end. The system should trip the motor on power failure and on appearance of an electrical fault mentioned below which may otherwise damage the motor field coils and should not restart automatically until unless the system is reset manually, thus providing automation to the system and protection to the motor .The system / star delta auto starter should not fall into delta if it does not fall into star mode first and should remain de-energised to avoid damage to the motor / machinery and also to the power source / transformer. The system / star delta auto starter should trip off if it does not fall into delta & remains in star mode for more than 10-20 seconds. 5	Providing, carriage, installation, testing and commissioning of 3 phase, 63 KVA voltage stabilizer copper wound, first quality CRGO silicon steel core, naturally- oil cooled, manually operated, 14 gaugecontainer chamber alongwith allied works. Job includes providing of 63 KVA voltage stabilizer complete with mineral insulating oil, MCCB, change over switch complete with safety and protection devices etc. Job includes providing and fitting of 3.5 core armoured Al. cable of 70mm2 from electric pole to 100 ampere main switch approximately 50 meters length and further Providing and fitting of 25mm2 copper cable from100 ampere main switch to voltage stabilizer approximately 20 meters in length complete with insulation and thimbling. The voltage stabilizer should have 5 upwards steps and 2 downwards steps (or as per the specified voltage range) from the line voltage i.e. it should work from 180V to 400+5%. Proper chemical earthing of the equipment shall be done.
