    Bids Are Invited For Comprehensive Annual Maintenance For The Carrier Make Vrv Unit 626 Hp. ( Nos. Of Unit / Line Items =308 ) As Mentioned Below Attached List. 2. Comprehensive annual maintenance for the Carrier Make 5000/13500 HRW unit 2 No. & Axial fan, jet fan, Inline fan complete with all accessories etc as required. 3. Maintenance of CARRIER makes VRF Air Conditioning equipments (indoor and outdoor units including compressor) in good condition to avoid any major breakdown. 4. CARRIER makes VRF Air Conditioning equipments Total Capacity = 626 HP 5. Maintenance of Mechanical parts with Jet Fans, HRW and AHUs equipments in good condition to avoid any major breakdown.(Nos. of at least four preventive maintenance will be required ) 6. Maintenance of connected electrical cables and drain pipes. 7. Proper gas refilling whenever required. 8. AMC includes replacement of all spares including compressor for indoor/outdoor units, electrical cables and PCB. 9. Detail of all equipments in BOQ is herewith enclosed for ready reference. ( Q3 ) Total Quantity : 1
