The Contractor shall replace immediately any of its personnel found unacceptable to this office because of security risks, incompetence, conflict of interest, improper conduct etc. upon receiving a notice |

(ii) Recognized degree or one year diploma in Industrial safety (from any Indian Institutes recognized by AICTE or State Council of Tech. (iii) Preferably have adequate knowledge of the language spoken by majority of the workers at the construction site. Alternately (iv) Person possessing Graduation Degree in Science with Physics & Chemistry and degree or one year diploma in Industrial Safety (from any Indian institutes recognized by AICTE or State Council of Tech. Education of any Indian State/ Union Territory) with practical experience of working in a building, plant or other construction works (as Safety Officer, in line with Indian Factories Act, 1948) for a period of not less than five years, may be considered as Safety Officer. |
