10Material & labour for overhauling of step down outdoor/indoor transformer11/0.433 KV (400-750 kVA) by disconnecting HT/LT terminals, decanning transformer oil removing sludge,cleaning ofHT /LT bushings to remove dust particles /dirt etc. Cleaning the core and winding with compressed air andre-assemble complete including replacement of copper windings, copper washers, rubber bushes of HT/LT bushings replacement of cork sheet of 6 mm thick suitablefor transformer top cover, terminal boxes refilling the transformer oil and toping up with new transformer oil and centrifuging to achieve the dielectric strength upto 50KV painting with two coat& synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of painted surfaces of transformer and testing and recommissioning on load etc complete for the transformers of following rating:-(Dehydration of transformer oil by filtration, topping up transformer oil,shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective items) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge
11All as per item No-10 above but capacity of transformer 100 KVA to 250 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
12Material and labour for disconnecting electrical connections of transformer ofcapacity 400 to 750 KVA of any make & any type loading the transformer on heavy vehicle (open chassis) type from existing platform/four pole structure, by heavy crane long boom type suitable for shifting and loading transformer and transporting of transformer for repair / rewinding at workshopincluding unloading of transformer from vehicle at workshop &Opening up transformer step down 11/0.433 KV by unscrewing all nuts/bolts and washers of top cover duly draining out complete transformer oil and kept aside for re-use.Disconnecting of all HT/LT wiring tap changer, complete LT/HT bushing, air breather etc and kept aside for re-use the serviceable parts and removal of unserviceable parts and taking out complete core assembly of transformer with help of chain pully to carry out the following works:-
13(a)Deslurring of transformer tank by taking out the complete deposited transformer oil sludge and cleaning thoroughly the transformer tank by washing & wiping out all dirt/rust accomolated including making preparation of old painted internal/external surfaces of transformer.Painting the internal surfaces of transformer with two coats of high grade anticorrosive varnishingpaint over a coat of red oxide primer.Painting to external surfaces of transformer with two coats of Ist grade synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.(b)Cleaning the transformercore assembly using electric blower and making the core free from sludge, dirt and any other foreign materials fromits surfaces including provision of high grade insulation varnish and raising insulation of the core through heat chamber and raising of IR valve /LV-E > 500 Mega ohms HV-E >1000 Mega ohms
14(c)Assembling the transformer complete including supply ofcomplete set including replacement of defective accessories such asoil seal , gasket ,LT/HT bushing, stud, air breather, tap changer,including making necessary LT/HT wiring as dismantled( New spares as required will be measured & paid separately under relavent items, rate of oil seal & gasket will be deemedincluded in the quoted rate ). Powering of dehydration/filtered transformer oil (dehydration charges will be measured and paid separately) as obtained during dismantling and top up balance quantum with new transformer oil as required (New transformer oil will be measured & paid under relavent item)after successfully repairingthe transformer reloading the same & place to its original location and installation complete including making LT/HT side cable connection, earth connection and testing complete all as specified and directed
15All as per item No-12 above but capacity of transformer 100 KVA to 250 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge
16Supply & Fixinginreplacementof HV Bushing of transformer with Brass metal connecting rod, nut bolt and washer,suitable for 400 KVA to 750 KVA capacity of tranaformer 11000 Voltas per IS 3347/1967 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

30Material & labour for periodical servicing of HT RMU 11 KVby authorised dealer indoorpanel by disconnecting HT supply, removing all dust particles from RMU, RMU panel inclcable compartment busbar chamber using hot air blower, tightening all the cable connectioncleaning of all male / female bushing bubars contacts point, terminals using spring tightening of all contact terminals greasing of all contacts point of CT , PT metering equipments busbars, greasing of male / female contacts point checking of functional/ physical serviciability of CT, PT amp meter voltmeter, selector switches protection relays tripping relays closing coils spring charging motors, relays, LED indicators MCB connectors, breakers operating mechanism reassemble of RMU to panel including spare parts needs to be replaced at the time of servicing without any separate cost of the items as below : (i) HT RMU Bush (ii) HT RMUBattery 12 V Cap 12 AH(iii) HT RMU space heater (iv) HT RMU Thermostate (V) HT RMU Anciator (vi) HT RMU tripping Relay and SF-6 Gas cylinders etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

33Supply & fixing in repairs Glavanised iron strip 32x6mm buried in ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
34Material & labour for Painting of HT steel tubular pole 11 metre long, by applying two coat of aluminium paint after scraping / brushing and cleaning the rust on pole and cross arms. Aluminium painting will be done on pole above 1.5 metre height from ground level and balance 1.5 mtr from groundlevel will be painted by alternate layer of black and yellow enameled paint (30 Cms each). Pole Nos will be written on pole by black paint in white circle of 150mm dia, complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge Note:- Only one coat will be applied at one time and payment at 50% of coated rate to be applied at the firsttime of first coat. Second coat is to be done more than 30 days after first coat.
