3Returning, filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
4Removing excavated material to a distance exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
5Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foudation, filling, sub base and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
615 mm thick rendering in two layer (10mm + 5mm) on fair faces of brick /concrete on wall including facia chhajja etc.surfacesin cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing Liquid water proofing compund in the proportion as mentioned in manufacturer"s instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Water proofing compund to be measured and paid for separately as supply only.
7Preparing newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall applying two coats of cement base paint over and including a coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
8Brick work with old size sub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
9RCC M-25 (design mix), using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beam; plinth beams; bases of columns, etc.;basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
10RCC M-25 (design mix), using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Design/Sectional detail of RCCstructure shall be decided by Engr-in-Charge as per ground requirement.
11RCC M-25 (design mix), using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Design/Sectional detail of RCCstructure shall be decided by Engr-in-Charge as per ground requirement.
12RCC M-25 design mix (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilaster and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
13RCC M-25 (design mix), using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
14Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter to obtain rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
15Form work to sides and sofits of floor or roof beams, beams haunching, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs etc to obtain rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
16Form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions etc, square, ractangular or polygonal to obtain rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
17Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter, complete all as specified and directed by GE/Engr-in-Charge.
18Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) etc to obtain rough flat finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
19Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and strainning and fixing to any type of standrad rails strainning bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (each line of wire is to be measured)
20Mild steel hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
21Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces exceeding 10 cms width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide chrome primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
22Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bar, barred iron doors; ladder, framed balusters; railing; frame work for water tanks, cooler stand etc and similar work conforming to FE 290-0 or Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.
23TMT mild steel bars, 6mm dia and over upto and including 8mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders and binding with and including MS wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
24TMT mild steel bars, 8mm dia and over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
25Broken glass coping on top of walls embedded, cement mortar 1:3, in clause 5.55 of SSR Part-I, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
26110mm bore, PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, as in weep holes inany length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.
27Supply only Integral water proofing compound,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
28Demolition of brick work/precast concrete article built in cement mortar any description complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
29Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) embedded in concrete of any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
30Plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in steps, seismic and other similar bands, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, cills, lintels upto 1.50 metre clear span, copings etc. and in similar works including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary form works, complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
31Concertina coil 600mm dia, 56 loops, 2.5mm core wire, heavy galvanised (wire-275 GSM & Strip-200GSM), tensile strength of wire1400-1500 N/Sqmm, weight 6.8 Kg/coil, streatchable length 6-8m including securing or tying at crossings with and including provn of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or pins, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
