| 2 | Conditions: 1.The work shall be carried out as per CPWD specification/DJB Norms and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 2 The water shall be supplied by the agency as and when required on one-hour advance telephonic message. 3 The agency shall submit mobile number for receiving the telephonic message/call from the Engineer-in-charge and should be available for picking up the calls round the clock. 4 If agency fails to supply the water tanker on demand in time then the penalty of Rs. 5000/- per trip will be recovered from the agency. 5 The agency shall be solely responsible for any miss happening, accident, dispute with RWA etc. while transportation and distribution of water and for the same nothing extra shall be paid to the agency. 6 The tankers to be used for water supply shall be hygienic and properly disinfected at regular interval as per latest DJB norms for which nothing extra shall be paid. 7 The numbers of tankers to be supplied can vary on each day as per daily requirement as this supply is based on demand. 8 Water shall be got tested from any approved DJB/DDA laboratory as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 9 The work of water supply can be terminated at any time without giving any notice to the agency. No claim however shall be entertained on this account. 10 The agency should have his own at least two water tankers of minimum 10,000 litres of net water capacity having registration under BS-VI category.Valid registration of the tankers shall have to be produce by the agency during trndering process. 11 the scope of work can be reduced as per demand. |
