Execution of works ordered by various work orders through requisitions placed To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and condition and Delhi Schedule of rates 2019 together with errata/amendments as applicable and upon the condition in tender documents as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid Delhi schedule of rates during the period of 120 days from the date give in accepting letter at the rates contained in the aforesaid Delhi schedule of rates 2019 subject to contractors % age as given in BOQ and at such other rates as may be fixed under the contractor agreement.NOTES:-(i) The bidderhave to select the option “Excess (+)\" OR \"Less (-)\"available at the cell of the BOQ to quote the percentage above or below on Delhi Schedule of Rates 2019 respectively.(ii) The bidder have to insert the amount at the cell of the BOQ to quote the percentage above or below on Delhi Schedule of Rates 2019. Percentage quotes by the bidder is inclusive of market variation and all taxes as applicable. (iii) Amount inserted by the department under rate column and the total amount reflected in this pages is a rough guidance and for reference only. Similarly the quoted amount worked out based on percentage rate quoted by the bidder shall also be treated as rough and for reference only. The acceptance of contract offer shall be done for quoted percentage rate on Delhi schedule of Rates 2019.The various works/Services shall be placed for amount worked out/price on the rates contained in Delhi Schedule of Rates 2019 duly adjusted by percentage rate quoted by the bidder.(iv) It is the express condition of this contract that amount to total works/services required to be done under this contract can vary to any extent irrespective of the amount worked out/mentioned in this BOQ sheet and contractor shall be bound to execute such works services at the rate contained in Delhi schedule of rate 2019 duly adjusted by quoted percentage rate during contract period. No claim of the contractor shall be entertained due to increase or quantum of work required to be done/work done.
