1Repair to distribution transformer step down 11 / 0.433 KV indoor /outdoor type of capacity upto 250 KVA after dismantling the transformer carefully , opening the top cover of transformer for inspection/repair, draining out the transformer oil from the housing complete , taking out the core and winding by disconnecting the internal connections , removing the carbon/sludge deposit in transformer housing core , replacement of unserviceable rubber bushes and washers, replacement of tap changer winding and thimbles, replacement of silica gel,replacement of top cover gasket set including pasting with pasting material,replacement of worn out nut and bolts , replacement of unserviceable of LT & HT bushes , cutting the burnt out winding and re-winding the same with suitable size of super enamelled copper / aluminium wire as per existing gauge , insulating the winding connection by using fire proof sleeves and fire proof tape , varnishing the coil , keeping the coils in electric oven chamber for 24 hrs to remove the moisture , painting of complete transformer body from outside and inside , marking MES/SM number etc replacement of conservative tank glass , re-installing thr core and winding inside properly , making all connection with suitable copper lugs ,filling of new transformer oil , reinstalling the top cover after cleaning and painting of housing , conservator tank ,expulsion vent etc ,Meggering the LT and HT side of the transformer and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : (i) Winding wire for making of coils ,HT/LT bushes , new transformer oil will be measured and paid separately . (ii) Contractor is required to submit test report for repaired for transformer duly signed by Engineer-in-charge before reinstallation . (iii) The qouted rate is inclusive for refixing the transformer after repair , no extra cost shall be admissible to the contractorin this account .

3Supply only brass terminal rod with nuts , boltswasher and bushing suitable for HT and LT side of the transformer of any make and capacity upto 160 KAV complete all as specified and directed .

6Supply only super enameled copper conductor wire of suitable gauge and size as per requirement for rewinding of 11/0.433 KV distribution transformer complete all as specified and directed .
7Supply only tap changing switch suitable for operation on 11/0.433 KV distribution transformer with tapping"s on 2.5% , 5% and 7.5% on requirement basis for upto 500 KVA capacity transformer complete all as specified and directed .
8Suply and filling transformer power oil meeting IEC 60296-2003-11 , 3rd edition standard specification and ASTMD 1275B test requirement for corrosive sulphur of BDV not less than 65KV for filling in repaired transformer HT 11KV complete all as specified and as directed .
9Material and labour for filtration and dehydration of transformer oil by dehydration machine to achieve the die-electric strength / strength/insulation value upto 65 KV/40KA(RMS) at standard gap of electrodes 2.5 mm for one minute in various capacity of transformersincluding insulation testing of oil with the help of suitable equipments before and after dehydration including BDV test complete all as specified and directed .Note :(i) Contractor will have to arrange the dehydration machine and transformer oil dielectric strength testing equipment as mentioned and same shall be deemed to be included in the item rate quoted . (ii) Test result of transformer oil before before and after dehydration is required to submit by contractor duly signed by all concern . (iii) The contractor shall ensure that the conservator tanks are full to its level before commencement of dehydration process . (iv) additional quantity of transformer if any required for making the oil level upto the requirement in transformer shall be measured and paid separately as supply and filling but its cost of heating shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for above item .
10Material and labour for cleaning and preparation of steel surfaces of existing dull painting of transformer indoor/ outdoor type including radiator , cooling ducts , vent pipeetc and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint (Heat resistant type) according to IS colour code by spray machine including writing MES/SM No in capital letters of suitable size on body for capacity upto 160 KVA transformer outdoor/indoor complete all as specified and directed .
11All as per srl item No 10.0, abovebut capacity above 160 KVAupto 250KVA complete all as specified and directed .
12All as per srl item No 10.0, abovebut capacity above 250 KVAupto 500KVA complete all as specified and directed .

14Dismantling and taking down by removing HT and LT connection of indoor /outdoor type 11/0.433 KV transformer of capacity 200 KVA to 500 KVA from existng platform . Lowering the same carefully and shifting to other location within Air force station as directed by Engineer-in-charge with and including reinstallation by means of arrangement and testing complete all as specified and directed . Note : Installation of transformer , testing and connecting the both HT/LT cables , commissioning of transformer after checking voltage and loading at full load shall deemed to be included in quoted rates . Note : Contractor shall provide necessary tripod, chain & pulley, T&P, etc for transportation and the rent shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
15M&L for rectifying and arresting the oil leakage of transformer of any type (indoor/outdoor) and capacity upto 160 KVA installed inside sub stn bldg or on open foundation, disconnection of cable termination of HT & LT ends. , opening the top cover by using tripod/chain and pulley after removing all fitments, replacing the following components of the transformer such asgaskets, "O" rings,etc and rectify the leaks in a variety of areas such as top cover,radiator fins, flanges, valves, conservator, Oil leakage through pin hole / crack joint , drain valve / radiator valve ,HT/LT bushes, Oil leakages through any gasket joints. Applying putty/M-Seal Monoplastwhere ever necessary.Refixing the top cover and all fitments, refixing cable termination of the HT & LT ends, testing complete. Note : (i) Contractor shall provide necessary tripod, chain & pulley, T&P, etc and the rent shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Cost of all type of gasket, "O" rings, putty/M-Seal Monoplast, lugs, nut bolt, double washers, etc shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

21Supply and fixing in repalcement of heavy duty breather assembly with Silica jel cristal for Transformer as per existing shape and size complete all as specified and directed
22Supply and filling as in replacement of superior quality silica jel inside the breather assembly and fixing properly with transformer complete all as specified & directed.
23S&F in replacement transformerradiators fabricated from pressed steel sheet all as per existing size and type including fixing arrangement by making welding joint or flanged joints with gaskets/nuts/bolts etc for transformer capacity from 160 KVA and upto 315 KVAcomplete all as specified and directed. Note :- Joint shall be leak proof and any leakage noticed after repair work shall be rectified by the contractor without any extra cost to the deptt.
24All as per item No 23.0 , here-in-before but transformer capacity from 400 KVA and upto 500 KVA.
25M&L cleaning of transformer radiators with hot insulating oil to remove all blockages/sludge etc by dismantling the same from the transformer tank body and refixing the same by making welding joint or flanged joints with gaskets/nuts/bolts etc all as per existing for transformer capacity upto 500 KVAcomplete all as directed. Note :- Joint shall be leak proof and any leakage noticed after repair work shall be rectified by the contractor without any extra cost to the deptt.
26S&F in repairs HT / LT side box covers made of bakelite sheet10 mm thickness with proper nuts bolts incl cutting sheet to required size , drilling holes for nuts/bolts etc complete allas specified and directed.
27S&F in repairs transformer oil temperature gauge 0 -120 degree analogue dial type complete all as specified & directed
28Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying of cable and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
29Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
30Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
31Material and labour sand cushioning (Tibba Sand)for protection of underground cable, consolidatedand compacted with clean dry sand complete all as specified and as directed.
32S&F as in repair welded steel wire fabric n. exc4 kg/ sqm complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and directed.
33M&L for steel section posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165complete all as specified and directed.
34M&L for painting of new steel surface,by applying two coat ofsynthetic enamel paint after scraping/brushing and cleaning on new steel surface over a coat of primer including necessory preparationcomplete all as specified and directed.
35Material and labour for spreading of natural gravelnominal size not more than 50mm from the bay/yard manually without damaging any equipments, cable or parts of the 11 KV RMU/Transformers, spreading & levelling of finished gravel uniformaly in layers n. exc. 15 cm thick watered and rammed to true surface all as specified and directed
36Labour onlyfor re-spreading of old natural gravelof any size after screeningfrom the bay/yard manually without damaging any equipments, cable or parts of the 11 KV RMU/Transformers, spreading & levelling of finished gravel uniformaly in layers n. exc. 15 cm thick watered and rammed to true surface all as specified and directed
37Disconecting the LT incoming and outgoing main cables of any size ,strip opening of thevoltage stablizer of capacity from upto 40KVA , draining out the oil into a cleaned container ( container shall be arranaged by the contractor ).Lifting up dimmer and transformer with help of tripoid and chain pulley etc (TheT & P shall be arranged by contractor ), checking of all the parts ,cleaning and servicing of the container,dimmer,transformers coil and allied parts including replacememnt of minor parts like nut bolts ,connecting wires ,rubber seals /packing etc . ( The repair/replacement of the major parts shall be measured and paid seperately ) and reassembling the volt stablizer complete (in reverse order.). Refilling oil after dehydration andfiltration/cleaning by centrifuging machine including testing of samples before and after dehydrations and filtration complete, and reconnecting the incoming and outgoing cable connection, commisioning and testing of the volt stablizer on load complete all as specified and directed. Note: The cost of dehydration of oil shall be measured and paid under respective item of schedule
38All as per srl item No 37.0 , abovebut capacity above 40 KVA to 100 KVA,complete all as specified and directed .

40M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces steel by brushing/changing stain, greasy spots with thinner and apply two coats of spray painting with with super enameled smokes grey colour paint of approvedby Dept.and writing the MES /SM No with white paint asdirected to Servo Volage Stab.indoor/outdoor of capacity upto 40 KVA installed at various different locations complete all as specified and directed at site.

51M & L for refilling/topping up/replacement of Isolation transformer/stabilizer oil with new dehydrated stabilizer oil. Open lid cover of stabilizer including changing of gasket set if required complete and re-fixing of top lid cover without any damage to stabilizer suitable for working voltage 440 volts grade including necessary dehydration to achieve dielectric strength min 40 KV including internal/external connection and testing on load of stabilizer, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : i) Winding wire for making of coils ,HT/LT bushes , new transformer oil will be measured and paid separately . (ii) Contractor is required to submit test report for therepair duly signed by Engineer-in-charge before rinstallation . (iii) Cost of transportation shall be included in the unit quoted rate . (iv) Spare parts required if any shall be measured and paid separately .
53M&L for preparation of surfaces for Isolation Transformer of any type of capacity upto 50 KVA , painting by scrapping damaged paint and painting with two coats of suitable paint as per existing one and writing MES/MS No with white paint on black circuit all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
54All as per item No 53.00 , here-in-before but transformer capacity above 50 KVAto 200 KVA.
55Supply installation & commissioning in replacement of 24V/40A Float Cum Boost Battery Charger unit includingbattery bank comprising 02 Nos of 12 Volts-100 AH sealed maintenance free battery.The CCCV battery charger consisting ofcopper wound,air cooled transformer, 01 Set single phase full wave bridge rectifier consisting ofdiodes andSCRs, liberally rated mounted on heat sink andcomplete with resistor/condenser network for surge supperssion .During auto float mode automatic changeover shall take place from float mode to boost mode and vice versa, 01 Set of solid state constant potential controller to stabilize the DC output voltage of the float cum boost charger, 01 No electronic controller , DCdigital ammeter,DC digitalvoltmeter, Potentiometer , DC, MCB for reverse battery protection . The charger should have alarm annunciation with visual and audible alarm with manual reset facility forfuse fail alarm. Float cum boost battery charger and DC distribution board shall be housed in powder coated sheet steel cubicle with panels of 1.6mm thickness , louvers for ventilation , gland plate will be provided for cable entry from bottom .The battery charger shall be divided into two compartments.The upper compartment shall house the battery charger & DCDB with all necessary controls.
