2Filling n plinth and floors with contractors material /brought from outside and approved by Engineer incharge in layers of 15cm to 20cm including watering and compaction etc. complete.
3Refilling the plinth , flooring, foundations etc. with available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth consolidating each layer ramming and watering lead upto 50 M and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer in Charge.
4Loading and unloading of excavated earth.By mechanical transport including loading , unloading and stacking upto a lead upto 10 kms
5Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.
6Providing anti – termite treatment to buildings conforming to I.S.S. 6113 part II 1971 (revised) including adoptingprecautions for health hazards and safety measures as required therein with the cost of all materials, chemicals, plants, equipments required for the treatment and furnishing a guarantee for a minimum period of 10 years from the date of completion including eradicatingany infestation of termite free of cost during the guaranty period complete. The general roof-construction shall comprise from top to bottom : Top layer –65/400 Straight/Curved profile sheeting manufactured from aluminium self supported standing seam roof system from aluminium alloy AA 3004/3005 H46 (AlMn1Mg1) as specified in BS EN 1396: 2015 material thickness of 0.9 mm and in finish of PVDF2 consisting of anti corrosive primer of 5 microns, topcoat of PVDF in 20 +/-2 microns with the Total coating thickness as 25 Microns. The coil for the top panel shall have 75 microns transparent protective guard film with the roofing manufacture name printed, This Guard film prevents scratches during roll forming & handling. The standing seam sheet panel of approved make shall be fixed on to the purlin using aluminium ST clips. The head of clips shall be fixed accurately to ensure the roof sheeting to expands and contracts freely during thermal movement. The material properties shall be as follows: Ultimate tensile strength minimum 200 N/mm2, 0.2% Proof Stress: min 185 N/mm2, Sheets are to be laid to meet the requirements of the building geometry and fixed on aluminum clips. Clip to be fixed with SS 304 screws only. Second Layer – Rockwool insulation of 100mm thickness and minimum 60 kg/m³ density with thermal conductivity of K=0.038 W/mk at 20 degrees Celsius when tested to ASTM C518.
58Aluminium Flashing Flashings manufactured from aluminium alloy AA 3004/3005 (AlMn1Mg1) as specified in BS EN 1396: 2015 material thickness of 0.9 mm & same finish as panel. Flashing girth to be 400mm to 500 mm.
59Aluminium Gutter Supply and fixing of Single skin 2 mm thick Aluminium gutter, GRADE AA 1100 ALLOY with EPDM Expansion joints for every 6/8 mtrs length based on the girth of the Gutter, Down take spout dia 150 mm at every 10m gutter length, & other accessories and welding at joints. The Girth of gutter would be maximum 1200mm OR as per Project requirement.
60Double SKINFaçade System: Supply and fixing of TF 800 profiles IN 1 mm THICKNESS AA 3004 ALUMINIUM ALLOY, comprising of the following layers: Exterior Layer: Designing, providing and fixing TF 800 R in 1.0 MM THICK AA3004 ALUMINUM ALLOY comprising of sheets in 800 Mm widths, and in lengths up to 5.8 mtrs or as per site requirements and finished in PVF2 colour – (Shade as approved by Architect). Each module shall,further comprise of three 267 modules and each module with two downward pointing triangular profile , of 67 mm widths , which shall have a radius bend of 3mm . The sheeting having a nominal value yield strength at 0.2% proof stress R p0.2 =185N /mm2 .The sheets shall confirm to the Characteristics load bearing Capacity according to DIN 18807 ,part 6.The panels shall be mechanically fixed to suitable substructure of MS/ aluminum at every 2nd small lower Flange, at 120 mm from the panel ends and a maximum centre to centre distance of 1300 mm OR AS REQUIRED BY THE WIND LOAD at the specific site. The Sheeting shall be finished with PVF2 . Nominal organic coating thickness - 25um – EN13523 1 Second Layer – Rockwool insulation of 100 mm thickness and minimum 60 kg/m³ density with thermal conductivity of K=0.038 W/mk at 20 degrees Celsius when tested to ASTM C518. (Make Rockwool India/Roxul) . Third Layer – Vapour Control Layer - A single layer film reinforced polyester yarn a six layer double sided Vapor control barrier, consisting of lamination of pure aluminum foil, aluminum film and high quality kraft paper reinforced with polyester yarn, thickness of 180-200 microns thickness, with tensile strength of N/25 mm in the machine direction of 150-170 and Water Vapor Transmission tested as per ASTM F1249 @ 0.08 - 0.2. g/m2/day. Fourth Layer - Solid 35 /200 Galvalume steel liner 550 MPa, 0.5mm TCT 1000 mm total cover width 35mm deep ribs. Purlin Spacing shall be advised by the roofing manufacturer. The panel shall be manufactured out of Hi tensile pre-painted Zincalume/Galvalume steel- AZ150 (min. 150 gms/sq.mt total on both sides) having minimum yield strength of 550 MPa. The finish to the exposed surface of the liner will be polyester coating with film thickness of 15 to 20µm +/- 2 µm
61POLYCARBONATE FOR FAÇADE:Providing and Fixing of Multi cell Polycarbonate Panels 16mm thick with 5 cells - 6 walls structure with panel width shall be 900mm to ensure best performance for wind uplift. The panels shall be uniform in colour with an integral Multi-Cell core with soft light finish to give diffused light. In a cross section, the core shall be constructed of Microcell of max 4mm x 4mm.The appearance should be rectangular. Panels shall be coextruded with UV Protection layers of certified minimum 50 microns to filter harmful UV rays. The weight of the panel shall not be less than 3250 gram per square meter. Panel shall have U value not more than 1.9 W/m2 k and UV transmission less than 0.1% as per UV filtration test AS No.1067-1990.Panels shall have Vertical Standing Seam of 15mm at both sides with Snap-on connector to interlock the panels shall have a2 tooth grip-locking mechanism to ensure maximum uplift capability. Panels shall be fixed on Purlins with special SSExpansion fastener with design load of 250kg/clip and polycarbonate U/2 connectors. Panels shall have impact and shockresistance of soft and hard body impact of D1-10J - M50,300J - M50,400J. Panel should pass Sandbag impact test AS/NZS4040.4-1996 and water penetration test ASTM E -331. Panel should have certification of B S1 D0 for reaction to fire testunder EN 13501 – 1:2002.
