| 5 | Fabrication of electrodes by 40 mm dia MS rods in length of 3 meter by making and edge at one end for case in piercing below 1200 mm into the ground using wooden hammer completely at all the junctions points along with welding and painting at outer periphery of earth mat as per relevant IS as per direction of Engineer in charge or supervising engineer. (M.S round bar shall be provided by department) |
| 6 | Interconnection of the earth mat laid with the existing earth mat of the 220 KV Sahupuri at 10 specified point by welding as that complete earth mat acts in coherent manner to provide proper earthing of the substation. |
| 7 | Sorting , counting, shifting of GI structure to loading point and loading on private vehicle at EFU Naini, Prayagraj (14 MT approx) and also material has to be handed over to contractor. |
| 8 | Safely carriage of GI structure at the risk of contractor ( 14 MT approx..) from EFU Naini ,Prayagraj to 220 KV S/S Sahupuri ( Approx distance 150 KM) through private vehicle which has to be provided by the contractor. |
| 9 | Unloading of structure ( 14 MT approx ) from vehicle, its sorting , counting and proper stacking at the premises of 220 KV S/S Sahupuri at suitable place. |
| 10 | Erection of following equipments including shifting froms store to erection site including all other associated works to complete the job satisfactorily. The material has to shifted very carefully, any damage has to bear by the contractor. |
