If Contractor fail to doing night complaints then as per IAFW-2249 , he shall be fined of Rs.50 per complaint andamount will be deducted to his dues from the department. (3) Supply Only items will have to submitted to JE-in-charge for issuing to contractor\"s supervisor for daily complaints and contractor will not installed supply only items directly on ground, if such cases comes to notice with Engg-in-Charge then that type of complaints will be invalid. |
