Hydaulic Rag Bailing Machine : Manufacture supple and erection of Hydraulic rag bailing machine for bailing the recyclable waste. Such as plastic paper and rags with suitable power pack and control valves with hand operated lever.The overall machine size is 200mm H zx 800mm L x 500mm W with separate stand for Mounting hand operated hydraulic cylinder and starter.The machine will be operated hydraulic with 3HP Motor.Bale weight approximately 40 Kg - 70 kg and above.The duration of bailing is 4-8 bale per hour.Bundle size is 500mm L x 350mm w x 400 H.The frame should be made up to IS2026 grade M.S L angle and flated. chamber size shall be minimum 10mm thick M.S plate with reinforcement.The doors will be made up to 6mm width channnel thickness, M.S plates with easy to opening option or tagging the bundle on besides.

Sieve Shaker Machine: In this type the sieving will be done by therotation of the cylindricalpart of the machine . They are either hand - operated or powerdriven.
