Connected T&P / Manpower / safety toolsi.e ladder, crane, Elcn, helper, gloves, safety belt,helmet etc will be provided by the contractor.
2Supply and fix in repair driver suitable for LED light fitting 15 to 30 Watt complete all as directed.
3Supply and fix in repair driver suitable for LED light fitting 45 / 60 Watt. complete all as directed.
4Supply and fix in repair driver suitable for LED light fitting 90 / 120 Watt. complete all as directed.
5Material and labour for replacement of existing unsv street light fittings with LED street light fitting 45 Watts,( system lumen efficiency not less than 100 lumen / watt) IP 66, having pressure die cast aluminum alloy housing with heat resistant toughened glass with individual peanut LED lenses and Driver shall be IP-66 for water protection, including surge protection device 5 KV including making connections with PVC insulated and sheathed three core multi stranded aluminium conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.
6Material and labour for replacement of existing unsv street light fittings with LED street light fitting 70 Watts,( system lumen efficiency not less than 100 lumen / watt) IP 66, having pressure die cast aluminum alloy housing with heat resistant toughened glass with individual peanut LED lenses and Driver shall be IP-66 for water protection, including surge protection device 5 KV including making connections with PVC insulated and sheathed three core multi stranded aluminium conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

8Fixing only in repair LED type flood light fittings of any descreption in position, including making connections with PVC insulated and sheathed three core multi stranded alumn conductor cable of size 2.5 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Note: LED light fitting will be issued to under Sch "B".
9Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for taking out HT underground cable and laying of new underground cable in replacement and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
10Returning, filling in, including spreading,leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cms. thick in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in -charge .
11Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
12Material and Labour for sand cushioning in trenches including spreading and consolidation in layers of 8 cm thick before laying the cable & 15 cm thick after laying the cable and punned down to form a bed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Punned down thickness will be measured for payment.
13Supply and Laying of sub class "B" bricks , locally available in trenches for protection of underground cable complete all as specified.
14S&F in replacement Weather proof thermo (Polysterene)cable junction box, having protection class IP-66 and overall minimum size 155 x 210 x 92 mm having metric knockouts on the wall, dully fixed on the pole with aluminium strip 25 x 3 mm clamp, GI bolts, nuts, washers and 2 Nos. polymide weather proof cable glands of cable sealing range 10 mm to 17 mm (complete with check nut) and includingcable connector and 1 No. 32 Amps MCB SP complete all as specified and directed.
15S&F in replacement timer switch, 16 A, 240 Volts, single phase complete all as specified and directed.
16M&L for locating and repairing street light feeder fault (OH lines or UG cables) such as short circuiting, snapping of conductors, phase/ neutral loss in UG cables etc. and making the defective circuit serviceable in all respects complete all as directed. Note:- (a) Repairing of fault in one circuit, irrespective of any number of street lights/ poles/ junction boxes etc at any location shall be treated as one job. (b) Earth work, if required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item. (c) All type of T&P, PVC insulation tape, minor nuts/bolts/washers/ thimble/lugs etc. required shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt. (d) Any loose/ broken overhead conductor shall be restringed/ repaired to make the system functional in all respects and unit rate quoted shall deemed to include the cost of the same.
17M&L for disconnecting of burnt / damaged cables from panels/ junction boxes etc. cutting out the burnt out ends, making new end joints by supply and fixing new aluminium lugs / insulation tapes etc. and reconnecting using new nuts / bolts / washers / thimble / lugs etc. and restoring three phase and neutral connection in the junction box for 10 / 16 / 25 Sqmm 2 / 3.5 / 4 core size LT underground cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work required for extending the incoming / outgoing cable in junction box/ panel etc. shall deemed to be included in unit rates.
18M&L for electric / gas welding in panel / pole/ any other work complete all as specified and directed.
19S&L/ fixing in replacement of unsv 1100 volts grade, 4 core 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed multicore bright annealed bare copper conductor cable including suitable size of copper lugs as per IS:694/1990 complete all as specified and directed .
20S&F in replacemnt of PVC insulated and sheathed circular flexible copper conductor 1100 volts, of size 6 Sqmm 4 core from looping box to street light / panel wiring circuits complete all as per site requirements and specified by Engr-in-charge. Make- Anchor / Finolex / Havells
21S&F in replacement of GI pipe of size 50 mm dia light grade for housing / protection to the LT cables complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.
22S&F in replacement of street light bracket made out of light grade GI Pipe 40 mm nominal bore, 1.2 metre long tilted to 30 degree angle along with flat iron clamp of 40 x 4 mm size 750 mm long duly drilled made to shape the bracket complete with nut bolt and washers including applying 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primerall as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
23S&F in replacement of LED type integral post top light fitting made in die cast aluminium housing with decorative clear opal acrylic diffuser and IP 65 protection capacity 1 x 40 Watts complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
24S&F in replacement of LED type integral post top light fitting made in die cast aluminium housing with decorative clear opal acrylic diffuser and IP 65 protection capacity 1 x 20 Watts complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
25Disconnecting / unscrewing all electrical connections of the UNSV flood light fitting from a height upto 12 mtr and S&F, commissioning & testing the high bay LED light of 80 Watt (system lumen efficiency not less than 100 lumen / watt) capacity suitable for 240 volts, 50 HZs single phase power supply, fabricated with die cast aluminium with high power LEDs as light source, IP 65 complete with all standered accessories complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
26S&F in replacement of MCB SP 6A-32A, 240V, 10kA breaking capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

34M&L for repairing broken coping of pole foundation by using PCC (1:2:4) type B1 by using 20 mm graded aggregate as in pole base upto the height of 50 cm from the ground level and 600 mm diaincluding necessary form work and painting with oil bound distemper over a coat of primer and finishing the surfaces all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
35M&L for hiring of crane for carrout necessary repair and replacement of unserviceable parts of high mast security light in same location to reach upto the height of 20 mtr completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
36M&L for street light timer switches, including testing and commissioning of NATURE switch for outdoor lighting automation using space grade sensors and an advances micro controller suitable for outdoor use having features automatic switching ON sunset, Automatic switching OFF at dawn, NO clock setting& time settings wide operating voltage range, high voltage trip and auto reset having specification 230 Volts,50 Hz complete with all connected accessories of rating 12 KW 3 phase, current range 40 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
37Servicing of High mast of any height and description, opening the mechanical hoisting / lowering accessories, steel wire bobbin, replacing the unserviceable meshing gear, easing the steel rope movements, checking the locking mechanism, replacing of oil ,greasing complete and checking for smoothing operation of the mast complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
38Dismantling the AC motor of High mast and taking out to workshop for re-windingupto 3 HP motor, removing the burn tout windings, re-winding the same with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge, varnishing and oven drying, assembling and testing in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
39Dismantling of old concrete poles any size all as specified and directed.
40Supply and erect of steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate final taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-22 (8.5 mtr long) including two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
41M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.
42M&L for cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for coping including form work etc complete all as specified and directed.
43Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass- concrete, complete all as specified & directed.
44Disconnectingofany type ofearthing strips / earth wire leadsof any size, any descriptionand in any position from test point carefully and testing the earth resistance of any type of earthing with the help of digital earth tester of make WACO or equivalent of suitable capacity maintaining record duly signed by users & Engineer Charge including carrying out periodical maintinance of joints of earthing strip, by opening, proper cleaning, rubbing the surface by sand paper / file / tightening / replacement of nuts, bolts & washers of GI / brass andreconnecting ofearthing strip / wire lead after test on original position complete all as specified and directed.
45NOTE :- (i).The contractor will arrange digital Earth Tester, all T&P & accessories for recording the reading. Testing shall be done as per method shown and described in instruction booklet of manufacturer of digital earth resistance tester. (ii).The record of resistance value of each earthing alongwith date of testing shall be maintained. (iii)Contractor will get the testing of earthing in such a way that each earthing shall be tested & maintenance repeately untill total qty covered on the working days. Hence contractor is advice to quote the rate accordingly. (iv)Testing of earthing shall be paid as one unit per earthing.
46M&L for Reconditioning of high resistance earthing by watering in the earth pit through watering pipe mixed with common salt minimum 10 Kg for each earthing pit to improve the resistance andfilled / dropped in earthing through de-watering pipe as per site condtion, de-watering pipe to be clean by means of appropriate size rod / steel wireall as directed. Note:- The water for this purpose shall be supplied by the depttat the nearest available source but contractor shall make his own arrangement for drawing water from approved source.
47Labour only for maint of of existing tilted / embeded earth pit by digging not exceeding 3 feet deep around earth pit , filling by nearby soil & re-adjusting the earth pit in proper manner complete all as specified and directed.

49Supply & fixing in repair light grade, 40 mm dia GI tubing with all fittings fixed on walls / poles / in trenches as in earth lead protection pipe complete all as specified and directed.
50Supply & fixing in repair test point terminal block made out of Gun metal or phosphorous bronze of size 75 mmx75 mm x25 mm drilled and screwed including 03 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screws complete all as specified and directed. 51Supply & fix in repair earth pit of internal size 300 mm x 300 mm x 300mm with wall thickness 100mm casting at site with and including PCC base 500 X 500 X 100 mm made of PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm gradedstone aggregate) with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, pre cast 40 mm thick RCC coverof (1:2:4)type B-1 (using 20mm gradedstone aggregate), rainforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12 mm dia MS round bar handle etc.including removal of old broken unserviceable earth pit from site complete all as specified & directed. Note : - Excavation, returning filling and removal of soil deemed included in quoted rate.
52Supply & fixing in repairearth pit cover, pre cast RCC (1:2:4)type B-1 using 20mm gradedstone aggregate, 320mm x 320mm x 40mm thick,cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia MS round bar handle with and including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed. Note : - Excavation, returning filling and removal of soil deemed included in quoted rate.

54S&F in repair marker fabricated with 14 gauge MS sheet of size 300 mm x 180 mm rectangular with 20 mm square hollow pipe 60 cm long duly painted of colour as directed for writing ER value, date of testing and due date for testing, Earth pit Noetc complete all as specified and directed.
55M&L for painting one coat of synthetic enamel paint on earth pit & cover complete job with approved colour complete all as specified anddirected.
56S&F in repair HDPE DWC flexible pipe of Size 40 mm external & 33 mm internaldia (ISI marked) including required clamps / couplers to be fix at 1.5 mtr interval on wall to fix the pipe properly and smooth suitable for insulation & protection of GIstrip of any size complete all as specified and directed.

71M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for floor finishing complete all as specified and directed.
72M & L for attending of breakdown in Fire Detection, Alarm System and Fire Fighting System at Station Auditorium, detection of nature of defect including carry out minor repairs, loose connection , change of small length of wire as required sizeto make the machine/equipment functional ,opening of switch board / panel board and refixing the same after necessary repair, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be included the elements of labour only for rectifying and making the machine functional for minor repair. If replacements of parts / items is required to make the equipment/machinefunctional the cost of labour and material for the same shall be measured and paid for as" S & F in repairs/M & L in repairs " under relevant items of this schedule hereinafter and in that case this item shall not be measured. (a) If breakdown shall not be attended & rectified the same day as recived by the contrcator except rewinding of Motor and other major spares as specified , the recovery will be made @Rs.1000/- per breakdown per day.
