| 2 | Manufacture, Supply, Installation and commissioningof output conveyors to convey the manure. Length- 5 meter, Width of belt- 1.0 meter, 3 ply, 12 mm thick rubberised. The conveyor is trough angle with a pitch of 500 mm for the placement of the rollers and 2500 mm for the return rollers. The trough angle should not be more than 20 deg and the conveyor belt is electrically operated. The conveyor has side skirts to avoid material spillage and heavy duty steel support fabricated structure for its placement. The conveyor will be supplied by with a 5.0 HP, 3 Phase, 1440 RPM motor or Higher. Equipment will be supported with all necessary fabricated steel structures attachments, angles, accessories and complete electrical wiring till the central panel board and starter to operate the conveyors to a speed of half to one meter per second and conveying capacity of 3 TPH.It is driven by electric motor and gear box. Motor make: Kirloskar /ABB /Crompton Greaves or Equivalent, Gear Boxes: PBL / Shanthi Gears/ Premium or Equivalent, Electrical Items: Schneider/ Legrand/ ABB/ L&T/ Polycab/ Crompton or Equivalent, Conveyor Belt: Hindustan/ Plycon/ Dunlop or Equivalent Structural Steels shall be IS226 grade. MS plates shall be IS.2062 grade B. |
